The Space:

Step inside a home that was built for the moments that matter - the kind that fill group chats for years. Set within the gated community of Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this spacious five-bedroom retreat offers 14 guests an immersive blend of themed interiors, entertainment spaces, and resort access, all within a short drive of Orlando's most iconic parks.



Living space

The heart of the home is an open-concept main living area where natural light pours across a comfortable lounge with TV, flowing directly into a fully equipped kitchen. A central island with seating anchors the space, surrounded by a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics you need for group meals. A dining table seats the whole crew, and the space opens directly to the private outdoor area - bringing the inside out with ease.



Outdoor & game room

Step outside to a private pool and patio surrounded by outdoor furniture, with a BBQ grill ready for evening cookouts. When the competition calls, the converted garage game room delivers - with both a ping pong table and a pool table on hand for hours of friendly rivalry.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across 11 beds. On the ground floor, a quiet bedroom with two twin beds sits close to a full bathroom, while a queen bedroom offers its own ensuite for added privacy. Upstairs, a Star Wars-inspired room features a queen bed and a bunk setup with its own ensuite, while a Minions-themed room with bunk beds and a built-in slide keeps the fun going - also with an ensuite. The master suite rounds out the upper level with a king-size bed and a spacious private bathroom, giving adults a calm retreat at the end of a full park day.



Entertainment & extras

A cinema-style lounge upstairs - complete with a popcorn machine - sets the scene for movie nights after long days out. A dedicated workspace makes remote check-ins easy, and a laundry room with washer and dryer adds practical comfort for longer stays. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a pack 'n play, and a high chair round out the thoughtful touches throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. Beyond the appliances, you'll find dishes and silverware, cooking basics, and a coffee setup ready to go each morning. Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels.



Resort amenities

As part of Reunion Resort, guests have access to multiple community pools and spas across Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces - along with fitness centers, a linear park, wading pools, gazebos, pavilions, playgrounds, an outdoor fitness center, and a dog park at Liberty Bluff. Please note: the lazy river and water park are not included in guest access.



Location

Reunion Resort places you roughly 20-25 minutes from Walt Disney World, 25-30 minutes from Epcot and Disney Springs, and 30-35 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort and Universal's Volcano Bay. Legoland Florida is approximately 35-45 minutes away, and Orlando International Airport is around 35-45 minutes from the door. Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless any time after 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
