We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this property. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout worked well for our group, and the location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.The only minor downside was that the sofas were not very comfortable and could use replacement, especially for evenings spent indoors. That said, this was a small issue and did not take away from an otherwise great experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This home is only ten minutes from Flamingo Crossing (Disney CP housing) and great proximity to Disney property. Great option with a desk in one bedroom for anyone that needs to work while away from home. Close parking for loading and unloading vehicles!

Great Stay

Our stay here was great! The place looked just as it was listed. The house was clean and ready when we got there. Mark was very friendly and responsive. He given allowed us to check in a few hours easily which we really appreciated as it was raining hard when we arrived. The check in process was easy and everything was simple to navigate. Will definitely book again.

Perfect for Disney goers

Comfortable property for our family of 6 adults and teenagers. No hassle check-in, well maintained and centrally located. The air conditioning was functioning well. The pool area is a bit small but it was convenient to have it in our backyard. Although well equiped, a few basic items like liquid dish soap, a drying cloth, salt, pepper & cooking oil were not included. We were quickly supplied with the above. Communication was excellent.

Peaceful and restful

We have stayed in other places over the years but this felt like home. Everything was nice and comfortable. The view from the patio was calming and enjoyed getting lunch at the club house. Mark always got back to me when I had a question. We hope to return next year if we can.

Nice Kissimmee getaway

Mark was pleasant and great before arrival however once on the property ther wee a few issues I felt should be addressed as a broken latch on the slider and the disposal under the sink and as I reached out to the refin rental group The person Responding who was not mark was very annoyed and immediately started to blame me and my guest and said it wasn’t like they when they cleaned.. these were manageable things however I took time stamp photos upon on arrival and he / the agent replying was very negative which was concerning,, the unit was exactly as described and mark Was great

Peaceful & Serene

Me & a the three moms that stayed with me had an amazing time at this property. The property was just as advertised. We sat around the patio by the pool & just relaxed as we listened to the fountain from the pond behind us. We almost fell asleep out there. The project manager was available if we needed him, but we never had to call for anything. Thank you for providing us with an amazing place to stay.

Excellent location for a Disney trip!

Thank you for sharing your nice home in a quiet, gated community with us! Having a lake with a beautiful, relaxing fountain right behind the pool was a bonus! I loved the sound of it each day and the stroll on the sidewalk around the lake! The location of your home is very convenient and a short ride to Disney, great restaurants, the movie theater, and stores such as Walmart and Walgreens that we could quickly go to for anything we needed. Our entire rental/check-in process was very easy, and Mark was an excellent communicator. I knew I could contact him if necessary. We had to purchase extra towels and detergent, but otherwise, we were provided with what we needed for our stay. Our son was disappointed that there was no pool table at the clubhouse (as shown on the website), so I gave a 4 for that rating, and I noted with you that it’s time to switch out the linen in the downstairs master bedroom. Overall, however, for the price, location, spaciousness, gated community, number of bedrooms and baths, and pool and lake, your home is an excellent find and a great stay for a family vacation to Disney!

They had great communication and the house was spacious. It had everything we wanted. There were Cobb webs some places. The pictures show a pool table at the resort but when we went to the resort they said it was at another location about 20 minutes away.

Birthday Get Away

Great home for the price! My Daughter wanted to celebrate her upcoming 19th birthday with friends and family. This townhome offered plenty of space and enough beds for everyone, the kids five and under had a great time in the pool. Our host was very communicative, Friendly and very kind. The neighborhood was very nice, and close to everything! Clean and cozy! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home we had a great time we’ll be back again for another getaway!!!

THEME PARK FAMILY VACATION

This property was perfect, easy to find and close to everything you can imagine eating or entertainment. Only 20mins from the airport, and 15-20mins to Disney and Universal Studios, even the traffic wasn't a bother. The beds were comfortable, the washer/dryer came in handy, and it was also great that the adults had their own bathrooms, and the 2 teenagers had their own. The pool was relaxing after a long day at the parks, and it was to be able to have a nice view of the lake outback, private and peaceful. No doubt our family would love to stay there again, actually planning a trip for the same time next year..... Would also like to mention our flights got delayed and the Host let us stay past checkout time so we didn't have to spend time waiting at the airport we just hung out at the house and relaxed...Thank you again for sharing your home...
