Family reunion

Family reunion held with 31 family members from age 3 to 96. House was perfect for this with lots of space. Kids loved the themed bedrooms and the trampoline room and the pool. Resort pool gets crowded so go early in the morning if you are going. The sharpness of the knives could be better but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The theater room was not working initially, and it took 4 days until they could get someone there that could fix it so that was kind of a bummer. They did send someone every day but not anyone that could fix it. One big negative for me was the parking. When you have 31 people staying in the house it is a little unrealistic to think that they could arrive in 5 cars which is all the space that is available for parking. We made it work but I think there should be overflow parking somewhere. The management company was great to work with.

Family reunion

The location is good and the pictures are exactly like the layout. Plenty of room for 21 people. The children loved the playrooms. The theater needs better WiFi because everything played kept buffering. Several of the sinks were partially clogged and one stool needed tightened down. Large skillets were not available for use but I called the management and promptly responded. Such a large house to make everything perfect.

Iron Man House

Overall our stay was great, we had 32 people and between the game room, trampoline, pool and movie room we never felt cramped. The biggest negative about this resort is the parking. For having such a big house, there should be more parking options to accommodate guests. Pro’s: - Kitchen was great for the large group - Having 2 Refrigerators was a huge plus for a large group - Bedrooms were very comfortable - House was clean - Pool was clean - Villatel was very responsive and any issues were addressed quickly - The playground was very clean and within walking distance - Our family really liked the fact the house was in the back corner, away from most traffic and in a quieter area Negative: - Parking - Hot Tub isnt advertised as not being heated without paying. If you wanted the hot tub heated, you have to pay extra. Thankfully we asked and paid in advanced. - Ice maker in refrigerators didnt work but delivered a counter ice maker very quickly - Villatel workers showed up unannounced to work on the roof, as well as no communication when they were coming to clean the pool We definitely would return to this house or a similar one in the resort.

Such a fun house to stay with for a friends reunion! We were six families, most had kids 5 and under. The house was perfect for our group.. clean, comfortable, full of fun stuff to do. The kids (and adults) didn’t want to leave!

Fabulous Family Reunion!

We had an amazing time at this home for our reunion including 11 adults and 10 children. Plenty of bedrooms with very comfortable beds! The pool and hot tub were very warm without paying for heating. Kitchen and living room were wonderful for family gatherings. Kids loved the themed bedrooms with slides. Our only complaint is that the air hockey table and basketball shooting game were broken when we arrived. We called guest services the first day and 4 days later they still weren't repaired so we were never able to use them.

Perfect Location!

Staying at the Villatel was a great experience! Its location is perfect, and the room itself was incredibly clean & cozy. Plus, the staff are exceptionally friendly and generous; they even clean your room every day. Highly recommended!

My family had an excellent time at this place! Our absolute favorite part of the visit was the game room and the meditative pool. The place was extremely tidy and our host Villatel was very prompt in how they communicated with us throughout our stay.

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing vacation. The house was fabulous we did not want to leave. We spent most of our time at the house and enjoyed the amenities at the house and resort. We went out but the family agreed the best part of our vacation was being at the house all together. It was spacious and each room was planned for family members of all ages. The kids and adults loved the game rooms and pool area. The themed kids rooms were a big hit and the private bedrooms with private baths made everyone feel at home, we were able to enjoy family as much as we liked but had our own rooms to retreat to if we wanted relax or just take a nap. The property management team responded immediately to all our needs. This experience has taken our family vacations to the next level. I 100% recommend this property.

Best place ever!

Our family of 23 had an amazing time staying here. Everyone loved this place and would like to come back. There was enough room for is to spead out and for us to all sit together. It was the perfect place. There was so much for everyone to do, from the pool, trampoline room, game room, pool table...and the list goes on.... The only bad thing was getting into the neighborhood. We had to wait a long time, which was frustrating. There also wasn't a lot of large serving dishes or bowls. Everything else was so awesome. Thanks so much for letting us use this beautiful place!

I do NOT recommend any of the Villatel collection of places

We intended to stay at this house for a family gathering with a lot of kids that would appreciate the character rooms this house had to offer. The pool and its ability to be heated during the Florida winters was also a decision maker which led us to this house. Our family that was staying included my parents, an 85 yr old grandparent and my 4 siblings and their families - 6 children aged 8 months - 12 years old. About an hour out from our arrival, I called to confirm a high chair and pack 'n play for my 8m old. The pack and play was not on site. On the 6th call, over a 30 hour time frame (and 4 different sleeps for the baby), the pack and play was finally dropped off. At check-in, the trash from the previous visitors was spread all over the driveway. Each morning garbage bags were picked up, each morning more trash was spread from the overflowing trash bins of broken trash bags from previous visitors. After several complaints about this and no one responding, my 85 year old grandmother had enough and went to clean it up herself, unbeknownst to my siblings and I. Completely unacceptable. The first morning two people took showers first thing in the morning, one of them did not have hot water. The rest of the day we had minimal hot water for showers or dishes. I called on this 2x a day for our entire stay. On day 3, they brought out an outside subcontractor to try and fix the issues with no resolution. On the first morning we noticed the pool was not even warm even though it was the night we checked in. We were told "it takes a while to warm up". This happened every single day, I would call 3 and 4 times. The pool never got above 78 degrees, certainly not warm enough for kids to get in. On the last night of our stay they asked another outside pool company to look at the pool. As we were checking out the next morning, the pool was finally warm, with no time for us to use it. (See attached photo of 2 year old patiently accepting "it will be warm soon".) On the 3rd day (and 4th and the 5th, final day) the smoke detectors started chirping throughout the house. Each of these days, 2 to 3 hours after I called, someone would come out to replace the batteries. And each night, the SAME smoke detectors started chirping again. Not only do I suggest you NOT stay at this house, but the efforts of Villatel to make this stay "right" did not happen. We were promised all of these things were being worked out, they were not.

Our rental property was awesome. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed. Our deadbolt fell out on day three. I noticed office immediately but had to gind a maintenance man on my own. The beds were clean and comfy. I would book again.

Large space

We had a total of 34 people staying in this 14 bedroom property. It was a perfect fit! The game room, trampoline room, and the three themed rooms were a big hit amongst the young ones. The theater room was a nice escape in the evenings after a long day at the parks or in the pool. Rooms were all very spacious.
