Located inside gated Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, this approximately 3,281-square-foot home is approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, giving families a convenient location for experiencing Orlando's world-famous theme parks while enjoying the space, privacy, and entertainment of a private vacation home.

One of the home's biggest advantages is its no-rear-neighbor setting. The private screened pool and spa provide a more private place for your family to enjoy the Florida weather without another vacation home directly behind you.

Start the morning outside with coffee before heading to Disney, return home for an afternoon swim, or plan a relaxing day enjoying your own pool and spa. The spacious screened lanai, pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for adults to relax while younger guests swim or for everyone to spend time together after another exciting Central Florida day.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

When everyone is ready for some friendly competition, head to the private game room. Challenge family and friends to pool, air hockey, or foosball and turn an evening at home into a family tournament. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in anytime after 4:00 PM without the need to meet anyone in person. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival, making it quick and easy to access the home and begin your Orlando vacation.

SELF-CATERING HOME

This vacation home is fully equipped, furnished, and self-catering. An initial starter supply of essential items is provided, including toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one tall kitchen garbage bag.
