After a full day at Disney or Universal, the townhouse offers a calm haven to gather, relax, and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

Four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. Downstairs a Queen bed provides a restful night for two. Upstairs, one room holds two Twin beds, another features two Bunk beds that sleep four, and the master suite showcases a King bed for two. Four well‑appointed bathrooms ensure everyone can get ready without a rush.



Indoor living

The open‑plan living space blends comfort with convenience. A flat‑screen TV and ample seating invite family movie nights, while the full kitchen—complete with stainless‑steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender—lets you craft meals at your own pace. An indoor dining table gathers guests for shared meals, and a dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi supports any work‑from‑home needs. Washer, dryer, air‑conditioning, and heating round out the home comforts.



Outdoor living

Your private pool sits just steps from the door, offering a refreshing escape any time of day. Pool heat is available for an additional charge, and comfortable outdoor furniture creates a perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks under the Florida sky.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
