Horrible Corporate Rental
With so many options in Orlando, don't rent from these people. Listing says BBQ, crib, among other items. You find out after you book that those items don't come with the place, but they send multiple emails a day trying to get you to pay extra for them. A pool on site and they are too cheap to provide towels for pool. (pool sells towels, but doesn't provide them) You get 1 towel per person and are told you can't bring them to pool. No washcloths provided. They say for sanitary reasons?? They can't wash them? Bleach and detergent works pretty well. 5 star hotels give them to guests. How do they do it???? Pubic hair on bathroom floor. I have photos. No broom, one trash bag, and no cleaning supplies. Half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and instructed to go purchase our own if we run out. Very cheap furniture and mattresses. I could go on, but I assume you get the drift.
