🌴 Good to know before booking
We want you to know exactly what to expect before you arrive:
• Prime location: We're only 3 minutes from Universal and located on a busy road. Some traffic noise may be heard, especially in the front bedrooms. White-noise machines are provided for light sleepers.
• Parking: Up to 4 cars. The garage is not available to guests.
• Pool: Private and unscreened. Wind or rain may occasionally bring leaves or debris into the pool. It is professionally serviced weekly, and a pool net is provided.
• Outdoor cameras: Exterior perimeter only; operating 24/7.
• Maintenance: Weekly pool and lawn service may occur during your stay and cannot be skipped.

The property includes two private living spaces, giving larger families the perfect combination of togetherness and extra privacy.

Main House:
4 bedrooms • 4 queen beds • full kitchen • living room • dining room

Private Guesthouse:
1 bedroom with queen bed • living room with daybed (2 twins) • full bathroom • full kitchen • private entrance

You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including both living spaces, pool and backyard.

The patio includes outdoor dining, lounge seating, sectional sofa, umbrella and Weber gas grill.
Optional pool heat: $35/day, 3-day minimum.
Optional Weber grill: $45 for the entire stay.

You'll have private access to the entire property: main house, guesthouse, pool and backyard.
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. The garage is not accessible to guests.

🕒 Early check-in & late checkout
We're happy to accommodate early check-in or late checkout whenever our schedule allows.
Availability depends on neighboring reservations and our cleaning schedule, so requests can only be confirmed closer to arrival or departure. An additional fee may apply depending on the requested time and scheduled availability.
