The one thing is can say is that the management company was responsive. They answered the phone, but wasn’t very helpful…at all.I never talked to a Frank or Winnie so I’m not sure how they’re the host of the property. This house is management by Nova Property management.The house rules haven’t been updated since the pandemic. As a result, we were not made aware of the towing policy. The property said do not park on the grass or street. Simple right? Well, our van was towed OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY! This happened our first night there. The company indicated that if your bumper is an inch over the sidewalk (that runs in the middle of the driveway btw) then they will tow you. We had 15 passenger van, and the bumper was inch close to the sidewalk and we were towed. There were no signs on the property to warn drivers. No compensation, no update, no assistance…nothing. When contacted, their response was “we’re not HOA, we don’t know the rules of the property!” How are you a management company and don’t know the rules of the property?!? Their lack of knowledge cost us 250 from a predatory towing company.In addition, the chairs were not put together well, my niece fell out of one the chairs because it was broken. There was mold in one of the bathroom, a hole in the wall in the rooms, pits and pans were scratched up, the front pavement is broken up. The house is just not well kept. If you’re looking for a vacation home, save yourself the time and just look somewhere else.
