Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on the bed and furniture. If they do, it`s a $50 fee if evidence is found.

Security
There is a doorbell camera located at the front door and a security camera facing the pool area. These cameras are in place for safety purposes only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Towels
Towels are provided based on the number of guests listed on the reservation. Please notify us in advance if your guest count changes.

Starter Supplies
Complimentary starter items are provided upon arrival, including a few K-cups, salt, sugar, and basic cooking essentials like oil. For extended stays or specific preferences, guests are encouraged to bring any additional coffee, ingredients, or supplies they may need.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
