Excellent Spring Break

Our family had a great time staying at the property for a week during our spring break. With 6 adults plus 5 kids it was nice to be able to all be together yet still each have our own bedrooms at night. The kids especially loved the Mickey pool and game room.

Loved the property. Great pool area and very cute bedrooms. Lots of room for family and fun gaming area. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and highway. Kitchen was well stocked and nice toiletries in bathrooms. Neighborhood was gated with extra amenities. Would definitely return!

We were very happy with our stay! This is the fourth time we’ve stayed in Windsor Hills and probably our favorite house! Everything was in good condition, we appreciated the heated pool and spa, and the kids loved the game room options. The themed bedrooms were so nicely decorated!! The only minor negative comments are that some of the dishes/cookware were dirty but we have found that at every house. I guess it is not possible for the cleaning crew to wash every dish/cookware, so that is always something to check before you use items. Everything else was nicely cleaned. Also there did seem to be strong (perfume-type) scents throughout the house - I noticed on the linens, upholstery, and just generally in the air - maybe air fresheners? Just beware if you are sensitive to that. We would definitely be back again!

Property would work well for multiple groups. Terrific time

Our family of 7 stayed at David’s property for 6 days. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The pool and games room were a hit. The Windsor Hills grounds and ammenities were beautiful and kept both teens and parents VERY busy and active. The pool gets sun until about 3pm (in Feb) when is perfect. David was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions quite quickly. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Fun Family Time

My family just spent 4 nights hanging out at this lovely home. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out when needed and great space to hang out together. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi (at no extra charge), playing pool, ping pong, having basketball tournaments, and playing the arcade games. There was also plenty of space to play boardgames at the dining room table. This home provided plenty of fun and activities to keep 2 teenage boy, an eight year old and 2 adult men entertained. Never once heard anyone say, "I'm bored" or "What is there to do?" We stayed at the house a good bit of our time and this home was the perfect place to stay!

Great vacation stay in Windsor Hills.

Had a great time at the Mickey pool house. It was well equipped and had plenty of room for the 12 of us. We had issues with the sliding door to the pool area. I think that had been mentioned in a previous post too. Looks like it needs an overhaul of the wheels and track as it was difficult to open, especially for the kids. The only other comment I would say is that three garbage bags for a four day stay in a place that has no recycling is inadequate. Also the amount of toilet tissue for all those bathrooms. Luckily there is a Walmart just up the street. Some tissues would have been nice too. Just tweak a few things and you will have a fabulous vacation home.

Great House for Disney Visit

Our family of 12, three generations had a great time at this home. The locations to Disney parks was excellent. Kids loved the heated pool. Everyone enjoyed the game room, which was well equipped with multiple options for activities for all ages. Owner was extremely responsive with returning calls and emailed questions from us. Perfect villa in Orlando

Our group of 6 stayed here and absolutely loved the villa & location. We have rented many villas in the area over the years & this was the best one by far. The Villa was spacious - could have easily suited a party of 8/10 people and beautifully furnished. We appreciated the starter supply of cleaning materials and the location. on the estate gave privacy around the pool. Walmart, restaurants & Disney were so close by. We would definitely rent this villa again and our only wish was we would like to have stayed longer!

Brilliant Holiday and Villa

Great villa in brilliant location very close to Disney. Spotlessly clean. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door and felt at home which was just what we needed after a long flight from the UK. Kids loved the play room and Mickey pool. We used the resort pool and playground which was also fantastic and of course visited Disney and Universal. Would definitely recommend this villa and resort. We will hopefully return one day.

My Mickey Pool is worth it

Great location, fantastic house and awesome pool. We had our 3 kids (ages 9 - 13) and really enjoyed all the amenities including the game room in the garage (which has AC, a very nice feature during the summer), the pool and a nice kitchen. This house can easily handle 2 families. Manager responded immediately and checked to see if everything was going well. I definitely recommend this house and will rent it again next time we are in Orlando.

Superbe villa près de Disney

La villa est simplement parfaite. Le propriétaire est accessible et répond rapidement. Les enfants ont adoré la chambre Star Wars et Princesse. Salle de jeux complète et parfaite. Nous avons pris des UBER pour aller aux parc de Disney, c'était parfait. Seul petit bémol, cela peut parfois être très long pour passer la sécurité de Windsor Hills. Éviter les taxis et prioriser les uber. Je recommande tout de même cette villa.

Great property

The house was amazing! Great location near the pool and clubhouse. It was clean with plenty of space for our group of 10. The pool and hot tub were also perfect. There were only 2 things that we felt could have improved this stay. There are 6 bedrooms and only 2 of them have smart TVs. The rest only get local channels. The kids really wanted to watch a Disney movie before bed and they couldn’t. Also, the sliding door leading out to the pool area is in need of repair. The first night we were there it came halfway off the track and we couldn’t get it to shut and lock. We emailed the owner and got no reply. We got it back on enough to open and close but it’s not easy. Also the lock for that door looks like it’s damaged. Overall it was a great property. Everyone enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

We had a great experience. One hiccup with the kitchen sink, but David responded within minutes and it affected the vacation NONE. Perfect Home and Community

This home and community were absolutely perfect! The home is completely as advertised. There is plenty of room, it is well stocked, and there is so much to do on site. The Mickey pool/hot tub was great and there was plenty of seating outside for those lunches between swims. You could spend the entire day in the game room garage (pool, ping pong, arcade, darts, cards, toys, bball, etc). The house was clean, plenty of towels/linens, and communication was excellent with the owners. My kids loved the Disney themes throughout! The community of Windsor Hills makes it even better. There is an awesome playground, swimming pool, splash pad, and water slides. Don’t forget the “convenience” store that had a little bit of everything. We were in town for Disney, and the location to parks couldn’t be beat! Don’t hesitate, book this home now!!!

Awesome location & house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Windsor Hills home! The location is very conveniently located off of 192; close to Disney & lots to do if you choose. This house is in a perfect location within Windsor Hills. The personal house pool/hot tub was well heated, no backyard neighbors, and a nice view across the pond of the main pool area. The home was comfortably cool (on both levels!) when we got there. The owners were so helpful & easy to get a hold of!

Great location!

This house is in a great location both within the resort and to theme parks. The games room was a hit for the whole family-one of the best games rooms we have had at a house in Florida. The pool, counters, toilets were clean and the size of the house great. Like most houses we have rented the baseboards in some rooms could use a cleaning, some of the furniture had stains and some floor tiles are cracked. This seems to be pretty common in larger vacation homes.
