We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations for the price. During the initial walk-through with the property manager, we pointed out several damages, only to be told they were “already noted.” The kitchen was not well-equipped—only one of each size pot and pan, no mixing bowls, and one skillet that was rusty (though they did bring us a replacement).Cleanliness was also an issue. The showers and shower curtain had mildew, grout had turned black, and there was hair throughout the property. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. When we showed the property manager, she asked what we used to clean instead of addressing the concern. The bedding was uncomfortable as the pillows were very hard—we purchased our own. Additionally, one of the bedrooms had no hot water, even after running the water for 20 minutes, while the others took unusually long to warm up. The response was simply that it “takes time.”We tried to make the most of our trip, but overall, the accommodations fell short of expectations, especially for the cost. Out of respect for the company, we will not post pictures; however, pictures were sent to the company.
