Disappointing Experience with Hot Tub

We recently stayed at [location] through VRBO and were excited to enjoy the amenities, including a hot tub. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Despite specifically requesting the hot tub to be heated, we found that it was not functioning as expected. Instead of providing the warm relaxation we were looking forward to, the hot tub seemed to be diverting heat to the pool, leaving it warmer than desired. This discrepancy was disappointing as we had planned our stay around the enjoyment of the hot tub. We reached out to the property management, but the issue was not resolved during our stay. Overall, while the property itself was nice and the location was convenient, the failure of the hot tub to operate as advertised significantly impacted our enjoyment of the trip. We hope that future guests will have a better experience with this aspect of the rental.

Nice stay but home needs lots of minor repairs

Had to report lots of minor repairs just so we weren't blamed for damaged things. Otherwise, the house was great and we had lots of family fun. Getting in the gate was a nightmare long, long lines and the pass did not work most times.

Lots of space for our family and conveniently located.

Our stay was nice and the home was located in a convenient area in Orlando. The pool area was nice and the game room was great. A few quirks - there are no shower or bath mats to step on when you get out of the shower and the floor can get slippery when wet. There are also limited numbers of towels which we expected based on previous reviews. There are a few areas in the house that need work like a repair on the ceiling in the living/kitchen area from maybe a leak. Check out process was very easy and convenient.

Poor Communication With Management

I should start by saying that they changed our house twice before we even arrived. The first house had issues with air. The second house had a leak so we were "upgraded" to a 9 bedroom. My initial impressions were great. The house was very modern and appeared well kept. However, during our stay, we had issues with ants, dirty sheets, and a dirty pool. Most of us us stripped our beds and washed the linens ourselves. However, my 77 year old mother and 80 year old aunt went to be right away without realizing until the next morning that they had slept on semen stained sheets. We were there for a total of 4 nights. We put in multiple calls requesting to speak with management. No one ever called us back. The second day we were there, they sent sent a man and woman to change the sheets. However, neither of them spoke any English so communication was very difficult. The pool guy showed up the day before we left. It wasn't until the day after I returned home that a manager funally called me. I sent pictures and was told that they would look into it. I haven't heard anything since then. I'm sure management will respond to this review by attempting to explain away the issues and make it seem as though they did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. I can assure you that was not the case.

Great property but very difficult to enter

The house was very clean with plenty of room for our entire family! It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay plus some with the game room. Though it was easy to enter the house via the touch pad, getting into the community was its own issue. We had a total of 6 vehicles arriving at different times. Each having to wait and buzz the guards (1 & 2) nearly a dozen time for access. We had one situation where it took nearly 30 minutes to be let in. This situation also left a line of other guest waiting to entry. Would rent again despite this one issue.

Great space, charge for everything!!!

I loved the spacious house that we stayed in! It was gorgeous ! If definitely resembled the pictures. The staff was friendly and communicative (once we got ahold of them). Cons: We did not have our equipment upon arrival (pack and plays ) for the 3 month, 9 month and 12 months olds that were staying. When we reached out to the office we could not get anyone (after 3 tries). This was very nerve-wrecking putting young children in a regular bed. Secondly issue: the house does not come equipment with much of anything. We spent alot of money supplying extra baking pans and such for our stay. They also charge for every amenity (grilling, pool heating, etc). This also effected our stay. I will say, one I was able to contact a staff member , she was helpful but by then I was already annoyed with our living situation. We tried to make the best of it@

Great house

Overall a great experience! Getting the gate to open using the QR code that was sent did NOT work at all. We tried multiple times and had issues every time we came back to the house. Looked like others did too based on the long lines of traffic. But, we were able to get in by calling the guard. We also noticed that the house was unlocked when we got back at night, despite us locking it on our way out and double-checking it was locked. It is a beautiful house and the pool was amazing! Worked very well for us.

Great house Horrible management

Honestly this house is okay but the management makes the whole experience really terrible. We had the fire alarm gone off throughout the night we asked for someone to come noone came so we had to sleep again with the alarm going off. It wasn't almost 40 hours after the day before our departure that they came to fix it. Communication with the management was horrible, they would give so much attitude and deffinetly no treating the guest accordingly. They said they would give us a partial refund of the stay due to the inconvenience, 2 weeks later I am still waiting....I would not recommend at all!!

We totally enjoyed our stay, after the first night. One of the rooms had ants on the bed. We couldn't find the source and the back door leading outside to the pool did not lock! That was a major concern since we were in the downstairs master bedroom. I reported the concern and was told we would be compensated but of course we didn't receive anything back. The house was clean and we had more than enough room to accommodate our party of 13. I will definitely try to book this place again for our next gathering. CG
