POOL AND GAME ROOM
Private pool heated to about 85° at no extra charge, with a hot tub that heats on demand and is ready in 30 to 60 minutes. The pool area is fully fenced, with loungers, outdoor seating, a covered lanai and a grill. The neon game room in the garage has arcade machines, foosball, a pool table and a TV.

LIVING AND DINING
Open living room with a sectional and a large smart TV. Dining table for 10, plus a breakfast nook for 6. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and ice maker.

FOR FAMILIES
Crib, pack 'n play, high chair, kids' plates and utensils, books, toys and dress-up clothes. Pool safety fence, child locks on the sliding doors, outlet covers, a baby monitor and room-darkening shades.

COMFORT
Central air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer with laundry supplies, iron and hair dryer. Starter toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies are provided.

WINDSOR HILLS RESORT, INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY
Lagoon-style pool with water slides, splash pad, playgrounds, and a clubhouse with an arcade, fitness center and movie theater. Pick up free wristbands at the clubhouse. Windsor Hills is a gated vacation community with 24/7 staffed security, so evenings are quiet even this close to the parks.

CHECK-IN AND PARKING
Self check-in by smart lock; your door code arrives 24 hours before arrival. Every guest 16 and older must be registered by name before arrival and show ID at the gate. We'll send the registration steps after you book. Parking for 3 vehicles: 2 in the driveway and 1 along the curb. Need space for a fourth vehicle, RV or trailer? Message us early.

Walt Disney World 3 miles (about 15 minutes) · ESPN Wide World of Sports 8 to 16 minutes · SeaWorld and Disney Springs about 20 minutes · Universal Orlando about 25 minutes · LEGOLAND Florida about 30 minutes · Walmart and Publix about 5 minutes. A car is the easiest way to get around; rideshare and food delivery work with a gate note.

GOOD TO KNOW
On cool nights, when the air drops below 45°F, the pool can run cooler and takes longer to warm. Ants, small lizards and the odd palmetto bug are normal in Florida; we treat monthly. Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Exterior cameras only: a doorbell camera at the front door, plus cameras covering the front walkway and the pool equipment area. No cameras inside the house. Travel insurance recommended.
