Es war so unfassbar dreckig alt und runtergekommen ich kenne das Hotel von vor 4 Jahren da war es echt super. g Günstig aber gut. Nun ist es einfach nur enttäuschend ich würde jedem abraten in dieses Hotel zugehen. Es war überall Schimmelbildung: Decke, Wand, Boden Wir hattten eine Riesige Wasserlache auf dem Boden vor der Klima. Ich habe noch nie Silikonfugen in So einem Zustand gesehen: Dreckig, defekt und verschimmelt. Die Farbe in der Duschkabine ist von der Wand gefallen. Alle Metallbeschläge im Bad waren dermaßen verrostet das man sie nichtmal anschauen wollte. Das Klo war nicht am Boden befestigt... Es war ein Ungeziefer befall in Bad, Waschbecken und Boden. An den Gardinen der Tagesdecke und auf dem Teppich war undefinierbare weiße Felcken. Zum abschluss habe ich einen Ausschlag am Rücken durch den Bettbezug bekommen. Also bitte geht nicht in diese Hotel.

Die Unterkunft war dreckig, nicht nur in unseren Zimmern, auch in anderen. Bei der Anreise hat man uns ein Zimmer gegeben mit nicht funktionierendem Licht und einem FEHLENDEN Wasserhahn im Bad. Das Zimmer durften wir direkt wechseln. Die Möbel sind kaputt und alt. Es fehlen ganze Schubladen und Schranktüren. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir mehrere Kakerlaken. Die Stühle waren vom vorherigen Streichen verdreckt mit Farbe. Die Bettlaken fleckig. Dreck ohne Ende hinter und unter dem Bett und dafür musste man das Bett nicht abrücken! Kabel von Lampen und dem fehlenden Rauchmelder hingen aus der Decke. Beim Telefon fehlten Tasten. Das andere Zimmer hatte erst gar kein Telefon. Habe ich schon Dreck erwähnt?

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schmutzig. Dies beinhaltet die Zimmer. als auch die Gänge. In unserem Zimmer war außerdem der Abfluss vom Waschbecken, die Klospühlung und der Fön defekt. Das Personal ist freundlich.

The front desk ladies are the only good thing in this place. We arrived on a Friday night and there was only one front desk associate, we waited in line for about 20 mins. In that time, my wife went to the restroom and there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor, smelled bad and it looked like nobody had cleaned it that day. The lobby smelled weird, the automatic sliding door didn’t work, the fire alarm had a sign that literally said “out of service, in case of fire call 911”. At the time of check in, we were told that the tiki bar was permanently closed. After check in, we went to our room and we found the mini fridge opened, with a towel inside, with old mold built up and an unbearable smell that can be smelled outside the room. We went back to the front desk, had to make another 20 minute line until another kind front desk agent (or maybe supervisor?) came to help. She kindly moved us to another room but on our way there, we saw the ice machine completely dismantled. It looked like a transformer trying to assemble itself into an ice machine and was stuck in the middle of it. The floors were nasty, trash everywhere and we even saw something that looked like someone threw up and it wasn’t cleaned so it stood there until it dried off. This new room also smelled weird, we tried to convince ourselves to stay, but we decided to leave. We got our deposit and hotel fee back but nobody knew how to reimburse what we paid for the room, so we lost that money.

I stayed at this property because I been there before and had no problems. When I saw it at a low price, I couldn’t believe it. I only stay night, and couldn’t believe how it changed for the worse. The room had a smell as you walked in. The carpet was dirty and it was torn in spots. The TV screen was slightly broken because you can see the dark line after you turn it on. Lastly, the property has rottens. I brought in a loaf of bread and by the morning, you can see the plastic wrap was ripped and the some of bread was eaten. If I stayed more than one night, I would have left and asked for a refund. Very disappointed on the condition of the property.

I stood in line to check in for 90 minutes. I refused the first room because the beds weren’t made. I refused the second room because the sheets were stained and there were approximately 1000 bugs in the bathroom. I refused room number three because the sheets and carpet were dirty. I’m and I refused to sleep in the fourth room they offered me because it was 90 degrees and smelled like febreeze. The staff is rude as well.

Motel misrepresents rates online. Snuck in fees without telling me and I only knew when I checked my online account. Onsite manager refuses to return calls or email. Another manager promised to follow up and never did. Third manager responded and refuses to remove unauthorized, deceptive fees or to accept responsibility for employee miscommunication. Rooms are filthy, phones don’t work, ice machines don’t work, no housekeeping yet they add on additional fees. Front desk staff rude. Reserved King bed and the air in the room was broken, asked to be moved and was given room with twin beds, says no kings available. They said they “upgraded me” because of no other kings. Upgrade? King to twin? Horrible experience and management is clearly inexperienced and uncaring about the customers, only want to collect as much as they can with no regard to their horrible facilities and untrained staff.

The room was ok but the resort needed a lot of work and update the price was a little high for what the resort offered out side of our room we could see a swimming pool that had a green bottom lot of work needed in the rooms sheets were dirty and had holes in them all the staff were nice

Room wast bad once you get in, property is terribly maintained and run down. Multiple units with doors kicked in and wide open. For the price, the room itself is not bad at all, just so long as you stay inside. The property is just a mess but for being so close to Orlando's main attractions it's hard to beat the price.

Upon entering the room it smelled like it was a hotel for dogs. The couch was full of dog hair, the wallpaper was ripping off the walls, the bed sheets were covered in dark stains, and the AC unit emitted a bad smell. Terrible place to stay.

The service of the manager and front desk were amazing. However the room was disgusting. Not only was there crap all over the walls but there was broken furniture. There was stains all over the carpet, and when I stepped on the carpet without socks on it felt gross like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned with soap. The tv remote was missing the back piece that holds the batteries in place. There were stains on the curtains. The mirror in the bathroom area had stickers on it as well as the bed frame and bathroom door. The bathroom door was also coming off its hinges. The toilet had a huge poop stain near the seat. The shower/tub was alright but there wasn’t a shower curtain at all. There were no bed bugs on the bed but there’s definitely dust mites which means the bedding hasn’t been properly washed nor has the mattress. Going outside of our room, there definitely wasn’t a bar that we saw like advertised. The hot tub was nowhere to be found. The playground was missing a whole slide on one side. Concrete sidewalks were broken apart, and my boyfriend even tripped and almost fell because of it. Like I said the manager in the front desk, lady were both very sweet and nice and professional but the moment we got to our room, it was a disaster. Definitely not a resort in anyway and they for sure. Need to update their advertisement pictures because it looks nothing like the pictures at all. Good price tho! lol

When we arrived the staff was amazing 10/10 but the hotel room itself was disgustingly dirty. The showerheads were horrible the carpet covered in unknown stains 0/10. the second we got out of the car near our room there was a man outside yelling and arguing at the top of his lungs on the phone and a few minutes later we were offered to buy narcotics. This place is not family friendly nor clean. 0/10

I like the area. There was a lot to do. Good restaurants and close to Old Town. Landscaping could use some work, especially all the weeds growing around the pool. The pool chairs were falling apart and the kiddie pool needed cleaned. However the staff was awesome! So friendly and helpful! And to me that definitely makes a difference!

There were roaches and black mild in the hotel room. I have pictures of both roaches in the sink, bathroom, and under the tv. Chicken wing bones and cheetos laying on the ground in the fitness area Wednesday night, and still there Friday morning. Staff was nice enough, but severly understaffed when I was checking in and waited over 25 minutes at the desk.

We got to the hotel and it was so bad on top of that we got the the room and there was cockroaches and dead lizards it was so nasty

beds and bathroom extremely clean. premises where some what clean. carlets are really dirty. but it was perfect for what i wanted ehich was just to sleep in.
