So this is a mixed review. First of all the physical house is wonderful. Please note it was very clean however, see below. The size and layout is perfect for a large family and very comfortable. The amenities such as water park etc are terrific. However, the house itself is in need of many repairs and update. When we arrived the master bedroom door was locked and the only way to open it was with a butter knife, the light above the couch was broken and missing bulbs, wallpaper was torn off, dryer did not work, games in game room were broken, the carpet was beyond filthy. The kitchen was very poorly equipped with no utensils and bad pots and pans. The pool did not have any pool furniture for relaxing and we had to buy lounge chairs. We had 12 people and only 6 pool towels so I had to buy enough for our family (more were delivered later in the week after I called) The couch upstairs was broken and the maintenance man took the broken parts but never returned with another couch.Please note that our family over came these issues and had a wonderful time but the house was a big disappointment for the amount of money that was spent. I think someone should definitely go through this home and do some repairs and updates. Unfortunately we will not return to this rental in the future. Nor use any that are maintained by Nova Homes as I do not feel they are on top of repairs and maintenance issues.
