The Space:

Inside, the open concept main floor flows into the living room, where a sectional with a chaise, accent chair, ceiling fan, and smart TV offer a place to settle in after a day out. Sliding glass doors open toward the pool area, while the nearby kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a central island with 4 counter stools, and a dining table seating 8 for shared meals. The converted garage game room adds a full-size ping pong table, basketball hoop, and smart TV for friendly competition. Upstairs, the second living area features electric reclining sofas, a smart TV, and cinema-themed decor for movies, gaming, or a night of streaming, as well as a life size Tetris game.



Step outside onto the covered lanai, where a sectional, wooden Jenga, and ring toss give your group space to gather and play. A dining table and BBQ grill make outdoor meals easy, while the screened pool deck adds a swimming pool, poolside basketball nets, and reclining loungers.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms.

THINGS TO NOTE

• Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle. Additional unmarked parking is available across the road on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. Please do not block sidewalks or fire hydrants, or park on the grass. A maximum of 3 car passes can be provided per stay. Guests must present their confirmation of stay to the gate guard to receive a car pass, which is valid for the duration of the stay.

• Pool heating is available for $29 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.

• On-site BBQ grill rental is available for $95 per stay.

• Advance notice: A minimum of 48 hours is required for pool heat and BBQ grill rentals.

• This home is equipped with 5 exterior security cameras: (1) at the front door monitoring the entryway, (2) at the rear left corner facing the pool equipment, (3) at the rear corner facing the street, (4) above the TV in the lanai facing the pool, and (5) at the upper right corner of the roof facing the driveway.
