Living space

The first floor opens into a bright, connected living area where everyone naturally comes together. Comfortable seating faces the TV, while the dining table nearby keeps meals a shared occasion. Sliding doors draw you out to the private patio and backyard, a quiet spot to unwind with a morning coffee or spend a relaxed evening outdoors. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make the space genuinely usable, not just decorative.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is built for real cooking - granite countertops, a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cooking basics, dishes, and silverware already in place. A coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle round things out for those slower mornings before a big day at the parks.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. A king bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom - ideal for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, the primary king suite offers a private retreat, and two additional bedrooms are each furnished with two twin beds and their own bathrooms. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and bed linens are provided throughout.

 

Bathrooms

With four and a half bathrooms spread across the home, mornings stay stress-free even with a full group. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, and hot water is consistent throughout.

 

Everyday practicalities

An in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer without worry. Dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, iron, hangers, and a full set of starter supplies - including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods - are all provided. For extended stays, plan to restock essentials as needed. Self check-in via smart lock is available, with check-in from 4:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM.

Set within Magic Village, a gated resort community in Kissimmee, the home sits roughly 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes from Disney Springs. SeaWorld Orlando is about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios Orlando around 30 minutes, and Orlando International Airport approximately 35 minutes. ESPN Wide World of Sports and Old Town Kissimmee are also close by. Note: access to Magic Village resort amenities (pool, fitness center, on-site services) is not included in the stay - if you'd like access, wristbands can be arranged at the front desk for $100 per day.
