Everything was just great, Very clean home that was extremely accommodating for my family of 4. In addition they provided a great stroller that was perfect for my 2 and 6 yr old. We are very much looking forward to returning in the near future.

Host was beyond wonderful and a great communicator! House is amazing. Exactly as described and as seen in photos or better. We shared the home with another family. We were there for a college soccer tournament at ESPN in Disney. Fantastic location. The weather was a little cooler so we absolutely enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. We had a ton of space for our party of 8. The game room was a hit. We cooked a few meals while there and the kitchen had everything you could need. We even hade time to use the pickle ball court and volleyball court at the Windsor Hill community. Can’t say enough positive about our experience. Don’t hesitate to book this home. The beds were very comfortable. I give it 5 plus stars.

Fabulous stay at Fantasyland

We loved our stay at Fantasyland. It was perfect for our group of nine (four adults, five kids ranging from 4-12 yrs old) while visiting Disney World. Quick drive to get groceries & the parks. Awesome pool with plenty of seating to eat outside while watching kids swim & catch some of the NCAA tournament. Tron game room was a huge hit too. This property will be the top of our list for our next visit it Florida.

A wonderful place for a family holiday!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our group consisted of three families, and we stayed for two weeks. The location was highly convenient, with Disney World just a short 10-15 minute drive away. Additionally, the property is near a large Walmart, which is ideal for stocking up on essentials—though it can be quite busy. For a less crowded shopping experience, we preferred the nearby Target.The accommodations were comfortable and well-suited for families. The themed Tangled and Star Wars rooms upstairs were a charming touch, and we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The home’s amenities were excellent, including two washing machines and two dryers, making laundry much more convenient for a large group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation.The children particularly enjoyed the arcade room and the heated pool, which was maintained at a pleasant temperature. While we did visit the resort area once, we found the main pool to be quite crowded, and the spray park and waterslides had freezing cold water. Overall, this property was a wonderful choice for our vacation, providing both comfort and convenience.

A perfect spot to launch all your Disney adventures!

We are avid VRBO users and this is our third time staying at Windsor Hills Resort, but first time staying at Fantasyland. This is by far our favourite property yet at Windsor Hills! The home is beautifully decorated and very well-laid out. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were, which is always really important (especially after long days at the parks). Kristy, our host, was fabulous to work with -- responded to all inquiries quickly and was very flexible in adapting to our plans. One thing I really appreciated was how we weren't provided minimal 'starter' amenities like some other properties (e.g., 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs, 2 garbage bags, etc. etc.) -- nothing worse than having to spend your money on boxes of this stuff when you're only there a week. We had more than we needed.Our two teen daughters loved the games room & heated pool and spa! We all did actually, including my senior parents!We also used Dina 'fairy godmother' services (we learned from past experience) to ensure our groceries were all picked up & put away for us on arrival -- very worthwhile! You can find her on Facebook. Would highly recommend this property for your next Disney vacation! We certainly will come back on ours.

Relaxing and spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Fantasyland. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed having a full kitchen so we could cook meals if we wanted. Having the pool and game room for non park days was also a great way to unwind and relax!

Long overdue review

We had an absolutely amazing time and this house was perfect for our family of 10. We had 4 grandchildren ages 6,4,2,1. They loved everything about it. Just as described in the listing. Great game room, pool, and themed rooms. Located just minutes from the Disney parks. Community pool was available but the pool and hot tub at the house was perfect for us even in February. Will definitely book for future visits.

Fantasyland is our favorite place to stay!

Fantasyland exceeded our expectations in every way, clean and tidy, the decor was beautiful, beds comfy, lots of furniture for families, the arcade was incredible, the pool was warm, management responsive and so many amenities - new dishes, tons of utensils, small appliances, beach towels, close to clubhouse, great patio furniture, huge sofa, lots of TVs, etc. This will be our top pick for Windsor Hills and Kissimmee going forward and we will be recommending to anyone visiting the area. Great Home, Great Location

Everything about our stay here was great! Very clean, lots of fun amenities included with the property (kids loved the game room/waterpark!), and a great location close to whatever we needed. Communication with the property owner began before we even checked in, and she was quick to reply as needed. For example, we reached out regarding a concern with the hottub, and the property owner had someone out there right away the next morning! Would not hesitate at all to stay here again.
