- Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Exterior security cameras record the front entry only for safety (no indoor cameras).
- This is a self-catering home that comes with a starter kit of toiletries and essential items provided for your convenience.
- Supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are all within a 5-minute distance.

House Rules:
• Primary guest must be 25+ and stay on site
• Only registered guests may use the home and amenities
• Follow Reunion Resort rules and security guidelines
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets
• No parties or large gatherings
• No eating or drinking upstairs
• No shoes on stairs or second floor
• Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM
• Respect neighbors and community standards

Reminder:
Towels & Linens: Excessive stains (makeup, oils, self-tanner, hair dye, etc.) or damage may result in a replacement fee: $10 per bath towel or bed linen and $5 per hand towel or washcloth.

POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)
Enjoy a more comfortable swimming experience by requesting pool heating during your stay!

Additional Fee: $30 per day/minimum of 2days.
Pool heating must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Pool & Spa Heating: The pool and spillover spa share the same water system. To ensure the pool is fully heated and ready for your stay, we kindly ask that requests be made at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made with shorter notice may be subject to a $50 late-notice activation fee.

Please note that pool heating is optional and is not included in the standard reservation rate. Guests who do not request pool heating may still enjoy the pool without this additional service.
