FILTHY!!! Dirty, gross and deteriorated. This place needs TLC from ceiling to floors. Carpets are gross. Stay away from this place, toilet tissue holders and towel holders loose. Washer smelled like rotten water. I have way more pictures but the review only allows 8. DO NOT BOOK!! Entrance gates are always open, anyone can go in. Not enough security, my QR was never scanned.

Wonderful stay

We had a group of three moms and daughters that stayed here for the AAU National Volleyball tournament. We had plenty of room and were able to make all of our meals here which was great. Definitely enjoyed the community pool and lazy river. Communication with the owner was instant and he addressed every question quickly. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay

These are excellent accommodations for staying in Orlando near Universal AND Disney. We enjoyed it very much...everything was very clean and organized. Everything you need is provided and if not grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. My family and I enjoyed it very much and highly recommend staying here. It is everything as advertised and more.

The best!

We cannot recommend this property enough. The owners are fantastic and on top of everything. Very quick to respond or address any issues. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The location is great for all attractions and the community pool is awesome. If you want a hassle free affordable Disney vacation, this is the way to go. We have stayed here now twice and will be coming back for years to come.

Easy Disney Vacation Getaway

Beautiful property with lots of room and super easy to get to Disney. There were so many food and shopping options close by and the area was very convenient for our trip. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The rooms, kitchen, and overall space were perfect for our family and our kids enjoyed the themed rooms to sleep in. The location was super convenient to all Disney World parks as well as close to stores and restaurants. We loved the pool and were able to enjoy it multiple times during our stay! We only had one hiccup - the HVAC system was leaking when we first arrived but that was resolved within 24 hours and did not impact our stay at all. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay there again!

Clean property close to amenities

Home was clean for a rental property, and came stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, and amenities. Pool was very nice to relax in and escape the crowds. Kids loved the themed rooms. Bathrooms were very clean. Biggest complaint is the complex of Storey Lake. Check-in process was difficult, and we weren’t the only ones who had issues. Multiple times entering the complex there were lines of dozens of cars trying to enter the one main gate. At one point waited 20 minutes to enter. Another issue was the walkway bridges were very unsafe. Several boards were extremely rotten and some were actually missing. Last was a party that took place Saturday night. At 2AM there were a hundred people in parking lot shouting, playing music, and cars revving their engines. This lasted an hour despite their being a supposed 10PM quiet time. We won’t be staying in Storey Lake again because of these 3 complex issues which is unfortunate for the host who actaually had a clean place to stay.

Loved it!

This property was great! Great location! 5 min from walmart and target. Very clean! Had all the basic cooking ware you needed. Owner was very responsive. Our only issue that was a little frustrating was the wifi did not work very well and we would have to reconnect constantly on our device. Or we would be connected and our device wouldnt work while connected. Other than that, love the place and would definitely stay there again..

A story book stay…

We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the property was perfect! The boys stayed in the Toy Story room and the girls chose the Harry Potter Room. One couple in the upstairs room and one couple in the downstairs room. Kitchen island was perfect to gather round and have some pizzas after a long day at the park. Kids enjoyed the screened in private pool while the moms and dads enjoyed some beers. Communication was amazing with the owner, he even told me what channel the game was on! Great property, great owner and great price. Stop thinking about it and book it!

Excellent Near Disney Stay

We took our family for a few days at Disney and loved this condo. Fun Disney themed rooms, well-equipped kitchen, nice gathering space and lovely plunging pool safely gated for children. The walking trails were so nice and the neighborhood pool with lazy river, mini golf, splash pad and water slide were a huge hit! Close convenient groceries and a quick 7 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom made this location for our magical adventure a dream. We had just one small issue with our keypad door lock, but our host had someone out right away and all was well! Great stay! We will be back.

resort AND house review

here's my review from my 3 day stay. first up, the resort: the check-in process at the front gate was disastrous. the first night we checked in, they were out of ink for the parking pass and didn't even ask my name. we followed up the next morning, and they were still out of ink but did ask for my name and information. it turned out they were out of ink our entire stay! although the area seemed safe and secure, the gated part of the resort didn't seem as secure and private as other resorts. as for the pool, we went on our last day, and it was nice, heated big pool but a little crowded, and the food took forever to get once ordered. it is also pretty far from the house, so you either have to drive your car or ride the shuttle to get there. the house: it was exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. for our 3 days the starter pack of supplies was enough and the kids loved the themed rooms. the only 'bad' thing is more of a suggestion. we had a little get-together and used the grill at night. it would be really helpful to have some outdoor lights out there to light up the pool area, not just the pool lights, so you can see the grill and what you're cooking. as for the host: very responsive on questions and checked in before, during and after my stay, appreciated all the communication. overall, we would stay here again and recommend it to others! :)
