Prior to the guess arrival she requested two additional days to her reservation. It was a challenge to add the two days during this season, but, I was able to add them. The resort did not anticipate the high volume of check-ins and it caused a delay in the check-in process. In response to that situation the resort set up a notification process that informed people of the delay and ahead of time and it allowed people to expect the delay and allow them to utilize their time more resourcefully. Regarding the insect problem, no one should have had to deal with that during their stay, however, in an effort to resolve the problem, the resort sent a pest control person to the guess two-bedroom villa three times to get rid of the pest problem. Unfortunately, the guess made it very clear that she did not want to be relocated to another villa, so the resort could not relocate the guess. This is the first time hearing about the guess seeing three insects a day, so seeing it in her review was a surprise. I was able to convince the resort to provide the guess a $100 resort credit, but, she turned it down. She expressed her plan to contact resort upper management to see if she could seek other compensation, before submitting reviews on three vacation sites. I will continue to work hard with the resort and show my guess that this is a wonderful place to build memories for your family and mine.
