The Space:

Enter into the front living area, where a sofa and two green accent chairs create a welcoming sitting space beside the thoughtfully decorated dining area. A bay window brings natural light into the space, while the dining table provides a spot for shared meals. The nearby kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a gray-speckled granite island, with sliding glass doors opening directly to the patio. Continue into the rear living room, where high ceilings and abundant natural light highlight a navy blue velvet L-shaped sofa and two accent chairs. It's a spacious spot to stretch out after a full day at the parks or gather together for an evening at home.



Step outside to the private, enclosed west-facing pool area, secured with a child-safe fence and furnished for full days in the Florida sunshine. The expansive patio includes a large dining table for eight, a loveseat for two, two accent chairs, two chaise loungers, and a shaded overhang with two overhead fans. A waterfall feature spills into the main pool, while a separate spa also flows into the pool. Privacy panels, grassy areas around the lanai, and string lights add character to the outdoor space, creating an inviting setting for pool days, alfresco meals, and relaxed evenings.



This home comfortably sleeps 15 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is located on the first floor and includes a king size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 combines 2 semi-private rooms into one space. The princess-themed side includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a twin size trundle bed. The space-themed side includes a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds and a twin size trundle bed. This room also includes a smart TV equipped with cable and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available. Parking passes required.

o Parking is available for up to 2 (two) vehicles in the driveway, 4 cars per address.

o Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

o Parking passes are provided at the clubhouse. Guests must check in with the guard at the gate, then proceed to the clubhouse to pick up passes.

o If the clubhouse is closed (outside 9 AM – 9 PM), passes can be obtained directly from the guard at the gate.

o No trailers, RVs, buses or boats in Solana
