This spacious home was perfect for my family, Christmas gathering everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kitchen was spacious enough for staking preparation of meals, gathering and fun. Pool /outdoor area was great for relaxing and time in the water! We will definitely be back!! Amazing communication and responses from the owner!

Bring cleaning supplies.

The overall property is ok, however, the furniture is in need of repair and replacement. (Kitchen chairs are ripped, the pool table is wobbly and has ripped felt. Sadly for us, home, including most bedding was dirty (used/not washed), stained and needed to be cleaned/washed before it could be used. We arrived a day early to relax before the rest of the family arrived, paid extra for the add on only to spend the time cleaning and doing laundry (reminder -bring your cleaning supplies ahead of time -there are none there) and being stressed, not relaxed. The owner was advised immediately, was responsive to emails but when we advised that we would appreciate a refund for the added day as compensation, he said would look into it and let us know. That was almost 2 week ago. I asked the owner specifically about other poor reviews and he said the house was gone, he had just been there and the cleaning crew did a great job. The chairs are ripped, the vertical blinds to the pool are missing lengths or have chunks taken out of them (very unsightly in pictures) The handrails were black with dirt, grime - So much “yuck” everywhere. I understand the owner lives far away. I understand his cleaning crew/management company let him down. Positives: Very close to the resort (bring your own floating tubes etc, they are not provided at the lazy river and the property only had 2 on hand (which was nice to have) The overall location is great! The layout of the home is nice.

Stayed here for a ladies retreat..only positive thing I can say was the pool was nice. Not very clean and lots of broken things..namely the pool table. The house was unbearably hot and when we contacted the host we were told well it’s Florida, it takes awhile for it to cool down..the house never got below 82 which is miserable and host would never send anyone out to look at it. One of the main reasons we rented the house was for the pool table and we weren’t able to use it because of the heat..and I live in Florida and while I know it’s very hot in the summer, it should never be that hot. Needless to say, I would never rent this house again because of that.

Unsatisfactory

When we arrived at the property we were able to access it immediately. Once we were inside, there was a terrible order in the house. The temperature in the house was torturing. I tried to contact the owner via phone and of course he didn't answer. Later after everyone was sweated down he replied via a text message, not apologizing for the heat but to warn me not to turn it to a lower temperature or the unit may freeze and i will be billed The tan carpet in the house was filthy. To top it off, we diposed the trash in the one trash can outside and we were billed because It was too full. Go figure!!! Needless to say i will not recommend this hose to ANYONE!!!

Everything was amazing and beautiful and just as expected. We had no issue or problems with anything and it was enough space to accommodate 16-18 people with no issues. Hot tub and pool were our best friend on this trip lol it gave everything it needed too

Wonderful stay!

My family truly enjoyed the stay. The home was clean, the furnishings we're beautiful, and the amenities in the neighborhood were great. All prior communication with Kevin was answered in a courteous and timely manner, which made the experience even better.

Great for large groups

House was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property was clean and in a great location. A little TLC is needed in some areas (Carpet cleaned or removed, blinds and paint), otherwise we had a great experience from arrival to departure. Would book again!

Great place to stay for a Disney trip

We made the trip to FL to spend time at Disney. This house was perfect for our party of ~10. It was also very close to the parks, so our daily drive to the parks was quick. Kevin was also very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Dream stay home…. Amazing!!!

This home was an amazing place, very clean, accommodation of towels, bedding and bathroom space for my family and I was amazing. We loved the open concept layout of the home. The fact that there were multiple rooms and bathroom was amazing. We spent most of the time in the pool and the second floor play area throw out our stay. Communication to us is the key when booking vacations; Kevin was awesome at providing us entry instructions and at responding. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting florida. By far it has been the best vacation home I have rented. It contained everything my family and I were looking for in a vacation home. When returning to florida I will definitely re-book with Kevin. Thank you for allowing my family and I to rent your home as it added that magical touch to our stay.

Spacious home in good location

Communication was excellent with Kevin. He was very easy to work with. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and we had an excellent family reunion together! We had no issues with noise in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The resort had many amenities. I would stay there again.

Large all inclusive home

The property itself was nice but carpets were very worn, upstairs a/c didn't work the 1st day but technician came out the next afternoon and got it up and running, downstairs master toilet didn't work and I told by the host that I could 1.) plunge it 2.) pour dishwasher liquid in it wait 30 min. than flush 3.) YouTube a fix 4.) Call maintenance. I was quite bothered that I would be asked to fix anything. I did call maintenance they never showed for the toilet repair, needless to say it put a damper on the stay of our 1st floor older guests whom specifically asked me to insure they had a private bath.

Management company is terrible

First off the property owner was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt response every step of the way to include when there was a problem. The only issue I have is with the property management company. I’ll get back to this in a minute. The house was fantastic size. Numerous bedrooms and the pool area was great. Large kitchen and dining area. Only complaint I have about the layout is not enough couch/ seating area on the first floor! Now for the problems. Upon walking in the walls were dirty looking. The lights about the counter had a thick layer of dust on them. Wet towels in the dryer inside and the one out by the pool (although very nice feature). Most of the towels had stains on them as well. Every ceiling fan had a layer of dust on them which started to blow off when you turned them. Area mats in the bathrooms were gross and dirty looking. I picked them up and did not use them. Every, and I mean every bed had a stain of some sort on them. To include what appeared to be blood and semen. The sheets were just gross. We immediately called the property manager, Epic Properties, and they were less then helpful. The inspector came out and went into one bedroom and admitted he would not stay here. He said he had to go and try to rectify the problem. Never heard from him again. The office called and said they could not come out until the next day. 10 adults and 3 children we had to go get our own cleaning supplies and linens because they could not help. The next day they sent a cleaner over and sent linens but that was too late. We already went to Walmart bought blankets, sheets, done all the laundry to get it up to a standard to sleep in these beds. We had to wash almost every dish and utensil as the were all dirty. Grabbed a spatula to find it covered in grease and food from the last use. Plates had crusted on food, silverware was just dirty. The kicker, the pool guy was there when we got there. Dirty used bandaid sitting on the edge of the hot tub portion of the pool when we went out to use it. Epic is a epic failure and should not be allowed to maintain rental properties. The cleanliness of this house was despicable. I know the owner recently purchased the house and I am sure he would be upset to know how horribly maintained this house has become. It could be a beautiful place.

Perfect Location for Disney

The property is exactly as advertised. An easy drive to the parks and a comfortable escape when you just want to be with your group. Had over a dozen and there was plenty of room. The heated pool was a great addition for our group and perfect for a quick dip or a longer swim. Will stay again!

Great location for a family Disney vacation

This house was a perfect size for my family of Adult children and grandchildren totaling 15. The house was clean and small children safe. The water park was a great addition especially for early family arrivals on check in date. we will definitely be back.
