> Cleaning Standards
We uphold superior cleaning practices. All bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are professionally laundered and freshly delivered for each stay.

> House Rules
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is found on the property, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund, and a $350.00 USD plus tax cleaning fee will be assessed.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including Vaping) is strictly prohibited. A $500.00 USD plus tax deep-cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
• No Parties: This neighborhood has a strict no-party policy. Parties will be immediately shut down and guests will be heavily fined.

Other things to note
• Supplies & Pantry Information: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide starter supplies (shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags). Food items, seasonings, oils, and personal toiletries are not provided.
• Weber Grill: A Weber propane grill is available. Guests may use any propane remaining in the tank. If a refill is needed, guests are responsible for exchanging or refilling the tank.
• Pool Heating: Available for an additional $45.00 per night (must be requested for the entire stay). It takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature, so please let us know in advance!
• Fines: Our home accommodates up to 11 registered guests. Unauthorized guests or parties may result in additional charges of up to $500, plus any related costs or damages.
• Age Requirement: Main guest must be at least 21 years old unless prior approval is granted.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
