Pool and spa heating is available for:



$40 per night plus applicable tax



Heating must be added for the full duration of the stay.

Please note that heating performance may be limited when outdoor temperatures fall below approximately 50°F.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENTAL AGREEMENT



Landmark Property Management requires a $500 refundable security deposit.



This is processed as a temporary authorization hold on the guest’s credit card and is required 2 days prior to arrival.



The authorization is released after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other additional charges are identified.



Please note that the timing for released funds to become available may vary depending on your financial institution.



Guests are also required to review and sign our Rental Agreement after booking. The agreement outlines important property rules, security deposit terms, community requirements, and other reservation information.



Failure to complete the required security deposit authorization or Rental Agreement may affect the reservation.



PARKING & COMMUNITY VEHICLE RULES



The ChampionsGate community permits a maximum of 6 vehicles per property.



The community does not permit:



• Charter buses

• RVs

• Trailers

• Boats

• Golf carts

• Slingshots

• Campers
