Great condo with attentive host

This is a great little condo in a good location, close to several dining options and attractions, including Universal. Ruben was a great host, very friendly and very quick to respond. Condo has everything we needed, including pool towels and some water and snacks, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Having doorcodes and not needing keys also. Pool and hallways could use an update. airconditioning unit is a bit noisy. Would definitely recommend for family or 2 couples.

Great location, excellent hosts!

Great host! I have nothing but positive things to say about our host, Ruben. We were able to check in a little early, which really helped out with out afternoon plans. (everyone could unpack and freshen-up before going out) He was super responsive to any questions I had. There were no wacky check-out instructions; he only asked that we take the trash out (right off the elevator on the 2nd floor) and turn off the lights. Nothing unreasonable at all. Good location! Really close to lots of stuff! The Enclave is walking distance from International Drive, a mile or two from Universal, and a 20min drive from Disney Springs.

Great family spot

Enjoyed our stay here! We were central to many attractions and the airport. Clean and cozy spot, enjoyed the little touches of snacks for us, handwritten welcome note, etc. Would stay again.

FANTASTIC PLACE!

We were in Orlando with our daughter who was competing in Allstar Worlds cheer. The condo was perfect for us! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very nicely appointed and I think they tried to think of everything! including a beach umbrella and beach toys. The facility was well cared for and everyone was very polite and helpful. The pool is a great size (8' deep end) and kept very clean. The hosts are great! Very attentive. We got back late one evening and noticed it was warm in the condo. After some investigating we decided to call the hosts, and he came out to personally look at the AC that night. He had a technician there the next morning and it was fixed! We definitely plan to stay again!!

Great Universal base pad

The condo is convenient to Universal Studios with an XL Lyft costing about $14 one way. The condo was equipped with all things needed for cooking during our stay. Of note, the kitchen doesn’t have a full stove or oven but has a toaster oven and a small 2 burner stove. The pool and hot tub were not very clean, so we didn’t use them more than once. The host was very responsive to my questions and inquiries. The elevator broke during our stay, which was difficult for the older members of our party to climb to the 7th floor.

Convenient for Convention Center

Very quick, efficient check-in and out process. Easy communication with quick responses. Convenient to small grocery store and restaurants within short walking distance. Enjoyed the pool with provided beach towels. Over and above hospitality with water, snacks, coffee pods, and a bottle of wine!

Great Condo for Universal Weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Enclave condo that was just ten minutes away from Universal. The space was perfect for our party of four, it was clean, and we also loved the Marvel themed bedroom! Ruben, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were celebrating my husband’s 30th, and he had left cupcakes and a balloon to greet us upon our arrival along with some other treats for us to enjoy. Ruben and Jasmine were also helpful in responding quickly to questions we had leading up to the trip. They allowed us to use their cooler and pool towels for our day trip to Cocoa Beach. Overall, awesome place to stay!

Great Place if You Are Going to the Theme Parks.

If you are only going to a Theme park than this is the place to stay! This is a private suite in a hotel. Best things first about this apartment. * It is clean and had everything we needed plus had things that were thoughtful that we didn't use like a baby crib, games, water toys, etc... * It is close to the Theme parks so it only takes a few minutes to drive to them. * 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each was great. We didn't have to share a bathroom with our son and it's nice to have the bathroom close for night time. * The outdoor pool and Hot Tub was fantastic. Especially the Hot Tub. It was HOT. Not lukewarm like so many other places I've been. 15 minutes in it at night and you sleep well. * Parking is free and plenty of it. * Restaurants are close by with several in walking distance. * Owners were very responsive to any messages. They were very good at communicating and helping. Now for the things to be aware of. * The WiFi and cellphone signal is terrible. It's not just the apartment, it's the entire area. So many people and they all use up what's available. Speed goes up & down. When I did WiFi tests in the apartment, it would be between .5 - 1.5 Mbps. Usually below 1 Mbps. When I used my phone to create a hotspot, I could get up to 1-3 Mbps. (My son could get up to 20 Mbps on his IPhone. I have an off brand phone. That says something about IPhones!) None of us could get 5G. Only 4G. My son and I work from home so we were just barely able to limp by with our hotspot while working there. Using the WiFi in the apartment, you can watch a movie on Netflix but the movie quality is a little grainy and sometimes would stop to load. * The building was built in the mid 80's. It has only 2 elevators and one of them was out of service for our entire stay. The other one was out of service for 1.5 days during our stay leaving us to walk up and down the stairs during that time till they could get it fixed. (I was grateful apartment wasn't on the 10th floor.) Elevator is medium slow. (Not the slowest I've been in, but definitely slower than I wanted.) * The whole place has only 1 drink vending machine and it was out of service for our entire stay. Have to go somewhere else for a drink. * The fitness room was a joke. My son goes to the gym regularly but here, they only have 5 machines that barely fit in the room. No free weights. They have one to say they have one. My son drove a few miles to go to a gym instead.
