The pool heat was nice and warm, which we really enjoyed, and the home was stocked with plenty of towels. Customer service was responsive and quick to reply to inquiries and service requests. Check-in was simple and convenient using a door code.While they were responsive and attempted to address concerns, most issues were not fully resolved.The home was not cleaned well and appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple broken or worn items, including dining chairs, blankets, a loose tub faucet, and a light fixture dangling from the ceiling. The air vents were heavily caked with dust (though they were later cleaned). We found dried toothpaste on cabinets, crumbs throughout the house, stains on pillows, and couches that were visibly dirty and worn.A housekeeper was sent, but the cleaning was minimal and did not address the issues.We also experienced a pest issue. After placing bread on the counter the first day, it was filled with ants the next day. No compensation was offered for the food I had just purchased.Additionally, I paid to rent a grill, but it was very old and would not ignite. The knobs were so worn that the labels were gone.Maintenance was unable to fix key issues, including the tub faucet and the dangling light fixture.Overall, the home is not in good condition. With proper cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of worn items, it could be a nice property. However, in its current state, it does not compare to other homes I’ve stayed in within ChampionsGate
