My family and I had a great week here. The amenities are wonderful. The wifi was a bit spotty tho. And the pool needed a good cleaning..we actually paid a pool cleaner we saw at a neighbors house to come clean which made a huge difference. Also, the bedding was pretty horrible. Very dingy and in need of a refresh. The ice maker in both fridges didnt work either. There was also no mop. Also you cant use the workout equipment without a subscription. Overall the house was great to us minus a few things.

Perfect mansion for our multi-generational family

This mansion has it all for our entire group of 30 people from babies to grandparents. Each of the 12 bedrooms has its own bathroom. All the arcade games, theater, ping pong, pool table, trampoline worked perfectly and was so fun for all our kids. The house and kitchen were very clean and spotless. The pool was amazing!!! We also loved that there is security, and the gate passes were a breeze. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

It was a great trip but there were a few issues

We were able to have a great time and enjoyed our stay at the house but we had a few issues. We found several roaches in the kitchen on the first day we arrived which was upsetting. We constantly cleaned and hoped to avoid seeing anymore. We had a smoke alarm have a battery die in the night that kept going off. They came the next day which was great but it was a nuisance trying to sleep with it going off repeatedly. Two of the games did not work as soon as we arrived and they only repaired the motorcycle game. The table hockey game was never repaired and we were never able to use it unfortunately. Shower pressure was also very strong for some rooms and some of the children struggled to shower as it was a bit too strong. One room had a shower door that would not close great. The biggest issue we had was the gate passes for everyone. It took days to get that taken care of and everytime we would come to the neighborhood we would have to wait in the street to get through the gate. It was stressful with all the traffic.All in all we made the best of our trip but for the price point we spent of like 14kish I was expecting a better standard and for things to have been handled before we arrived

Beautiful

Our large family of 29 chose this property, and we could not have been more pleased. The photos and description were accurate. We enjoyed having the pool a few steps out the back door, and we had plenty of things for the kiddos to do to keep them happy. The trampoline room, game room, and themed bedrooms kept young and old alike happy, content, and engaged. Communication with the resort was easy, and any issue that arose was quickly and positively resolved. Some of the group used the passes for the resort pool, lazy river, etc., and they said their experiences there were positive, as well. We did have an issue with obtaining parking passes for all 5 vehicles. I placed three phone calls to attempt to resolve the issue, but my husband ended up having to physically go to the guard shack to get the issue resolved. I highly suggest you call before your check-in day to add your driver names to your list for check in. (Even with the reservqtion email in hand (as instructed in the check-in info email), the drivers of our other vehicles were not permitted parking passes. This caused some additional unnecessary stress on the day of check-in.) After that, it was smooth and uneventful. We highly recommend Villatel Orlando/ this property! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent property

This this house is amazing. It has everything you need. It is gorgeous and luxurious. The beds are amazing. And the customer service was second to none. We had a couple of issues arise and they took care of them immediately. I would stay at this property or with this company over and over again. You don't find customer service like this anywhere these days.

Goregeous House for Great Family Bonding

Our family of 18 had an amazing time. Had to check in late because cleaners were not done. Appears previous guests did were wreckless. Had to request kitchen clothes/towels. Home was amazing with lits of things to do. This kept everyone busy, even on rainy days. We were VERY bummed that there was no way to use any of the exercise equipment, which was part of why we booked the home. Be prepared with your streaming usernames and passwords. Maintenance had to come change smoke detector batteries, pool rans didnt work, house fan remotes were either missing or not working, shower in 1st floor room on right pooled water. Attempts were made to fix shower but a plubmer was needed and didnt come before we left. Had to finagle both ice makers and 2nd freezer didn't freeze. In spite of this, it was still an absolutely amazing stay. We didnt even go to the parks. Community center was also a great perk for a change in scenery. Home decor was beautiful!

Family fun in the Sun

The house was so much larger and better than the pictures showed. We were so happy there was a pool fence we could shut when done, this should be in the pictures. This was a dream perfect house for a family vacation. The very high ceiling makes it a quiet house even when 25 people are staying there. We had 11 children 6 years and under they played in the game rooms, theme rooms with multiply slides, trampoline room, theater room and outdoor heated pool. They were in cousin heaven. It could have used another dishwasher and the playground was locked due to repairs. The staff came out right when we called and are so nice. Overall best house we have ever stayed at.

Dysfunctional Family Vacation 2023

Awesome home for a large family/friends of all ages! Large pool, games rooms, large theater.... We had approx. 35 of us at anytime and never felt overcrowded. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable. Biggest complaint was parking (make sure you know the rules) and getting into the house on the first day. (2 hour delay). Management was very good at communication and compensated us for late check-in (but still frustrating) Close to Disney... Overall a great week!!

A Magical Place

I cannot say enough good about this place. It was pure magic for our family. It is rare when a place exceeds your expectations but this one did. The place was clean and equipped just right. The kids did not want to leave to even go to the parks. The pool was just right for our large group. The setting is beautiful. The people were so nice and friendly and willing to help. My family is already planning when we can come back!!!!!!

Ultimate Vacation Home

What's not to like about a place that has 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, great pool and living spaces and every kind of game you could ask for. Our group of 12 golfers really enjoyed our stay.

28 of us for a family reunion...great spot ...pricey but once in lifetime ! extremely comfortable beds.....few small items like a dollar store broom and dustpan and a vacuum cleaner that couldn't suck up a piece of thread .....ice maker in one of fridges didn't work and one burner on stove not working ....kitchen equipped well for eating but not well stocked for cooking ...small cheap pots ...not many bowls etc.....I took that as a sign that I wasn't supposed to clean or cook ! staff very helpful!
