    Windsor Hills Community est une communauté familiale offrant un accès pratique à toutes les attractions d'Orlando! À moins de 3 km de Disney World, vous pouvez facilement visiter vos sites préférés sans bénéficier des prix!

    Profitez de l'intimité d'un pool-house de 5 chambres, chaque chambre ayant sa propre salle de bain (4 salles de bains). Deux suites de maître, chacune avec des lits King, à l'étage principal. Une troisième chambre au premier niveau accueille deux lits jumeaux tandis que les chambres à l'étage offrent un lit king et deux lits jumeaux.     Notre maison de cinq chambres à coucher est située sur un terrain haut de gamme donnant sur un lac et est confortablement meublée. Notre maison dispose d'une piscine chauffée et d'un spa orientés au sud, bénéficiant du plein soleil toute la journée. Il a également une plate-forme étendue pour votre plaisir de bronzage et de détente. Toutes les chambres ont un contrôleur Smart TV ou Roku.

    Nous avons un accès Internet haut débit gratuit pour la durée de votre séjour. Nous proposons également des appels internationaux longue distance gratuits vers de nombreux pays. Netflix est même inclus pour complimenter vos envies de soirée.

    L'une des qualités les plus durables de cette communauté est le fait qu'elle est si proche des parcs Disney. All that said, we did find that the kitchen and bathrooms could benefit from a deep cleaning and some minor repairs/updates.

Everything we could possibly need was there. All of the amenities were top of the line. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the salt water pool!

The house was exactly as pictured, pool and hot tub were wonderful and we all enjoyed the theatre/game room. Beds were very comfy and great communication with Tom. We would definitely stay again!

Disney Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is very close to all Disney properties. Grocery stores are near by. The house itself was great. We didn’t have any issues. We really enjoyed the spa and pool. The game room/theater was was a bonus. Overall the house had everything we needed and we would stay again.

Beautiful, updated home!

We had a wonderful time. As somone who has owned a vacation home in Florida and rented one many times, this checked one of my biggest concerns, it is as great as the pictures! If you like what you see, you will like it better in person! I loved the pool area as well, lots of privacy, which isn't a given in Windsor Hills. Owner was very attentive, providing clear direction and made the arrival and departure a breeze. My questions were answered quickly as well. My best compliment - we will be back!
We had a visitor while enjoying morning coffee on the lanai!

Good times

All was as advertised and very clean. Great location for going to all the Disney parks. One suggestion there were only two dishwasher soap tabs , two laundry tabs and two garbage bags . I would suggest charging a few bucks more put enough for the whole stay . That saves going to Walmart and buying more than you need. Just a thought. Otherwise a very nice property. Thanks

A Truly Magical Add-On

This property was absolutely everything advertised! We stayed with extended family (our family of 5, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and my other sister-in-law and her husband) and we had plenty of room for everyone! We all (everyone from our 6 year old son to my 70+ year old mother-in-law) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! And the connectivity between the kitchen/living room area and the outdoor living/pool area was really wonderful. Additionally, the proximity to Disney seems like it couldn't be much better. Our drive into the parks took only 10-15 minutes, and was very easy. The property is also very close to Walmart and many restaurants, which made food runs convenient and quick. Not sure we are up for doing the chaos of Disney again, but our son is already advocating for us to just go and stay at this house! Thanks, Tom for a great stay!

Absolutely Perfect—Best Florida Rental Yet!

We have been coming to Florida every February for the past 10 years, and this home is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the tastefully updated décor to the many extras that made our stay so comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked, including a blender and crockpot—perfect for home-cooked meals. The host even provided essentials like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and extra toilet paper, which was a much-appreciated touch. The organized welcome kit made settling in a breeze!The backyard was a dream—beautiful views over the lake, a lovely heated pool (with heat included!), and plenty of space to relax. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our whole group to eat outside together. We even had space to host guests, making our stay even more enjoyable!The short walk to the clubhouse was convenient, but honestly, we hardly wanted to leave the house! The home theater with incredibly comfortable recliners was a huge hit, and the kids had a blast with the pinball machine and karaoke.Every piece of furniture, including the beds, was extremely comfortable—we all slept so well. It’s clear that the host goes above and beyond, as they were kind and always willing to help in any way possible.This home is perfect for a family vacation, and we cannot wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

Tom made our stay such an amazing experience and we are so thankful to him and his management team for being so accommodating and responsive to any we needed. We will definitely be booked again! Close to the clubhouse/pool and a private pool with no one behind us. The home is very clean and well stocked. The game room was really fun (especially the pinball machine). Pool area is spacious and outdoor furniture is comfortable. The mattresses on the beds are all very firm. Tom was very responsive to our questions and the whole vacation from time of booking to checkout was seamless. Security deposit was promptly refunded within 5 days of checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great, the house was clean and perfect for our group of 9. The house has absolutely everything available to you and we couldn’t complain. This is a house that we absolutely would stay at again. Close to Disney parks. Tom was great in responding quickly to any minor questions we had. We went to the resort pool one day and it was very nice, the main pool is heated but the kid pool and slide section isn’t so it was freezing cold water. If we had one suggestion for the house it would be to install a handrail for the pool steps. We had a 77 year old with bad knees who would have loved to get in the pool but was afraid he wouldn’t be able to safely get out because there wasn’t a handrail. Hot tub got nice and hot. We really loved our stay and hope to be back and will choose this house.

The game room was a big hit and we loved the pool/hot tub as well. Great location. Very easy to get to Disney, Universal, etc.

Only a few min to a large Walmart and CVS. The house is great for a large families. Location was very quite. Great correspondence with the owner/renter. Would rent again.

Our experience was first class from start to finish. The communication and customer service from the property owner was highly professional, thorough, timely and frequent. The property was immaculate, well maintained and in an excellent location with easy access to activities, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Amenities were of high quality and as described in the property description. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this home with my family and a group of friends in August 2023. We had travelled all the way from Barbados and wanted to have a really nice time. We were blown away by what we saw upon entering the home. It was beyond our expectations. The owner Tom was very responsive. Everything was perfect! Great location, lots of space, great amenities. Each family felt as if they had their own private quarters despite all being in one house. It was great!
