The home was spacious, had tons of amenities and was beautiful. The gameroom remained locked and we did not have access as it is listed. (Bummer). The temperature could only be adjusted by the owner via telephone. It is in a prime location, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping, and parks are also a short distance away. A major inconvenience during our stay was the vehicle restriction in the driveway. A maximum of 6-7 vehicles were allowed in the driveway at a time.This very important restriction was omitted in the property's listing. You can not park on the street, or grass per home owner's association. They are super strict and will tow your car day or night without warning. We had (2) cars towed. We would not have rented this home had we known beforehand- the vehicle limitations.Our group had to fight to park in an overflow lot at the clubhouse. This is not OK!!Note that this property holds 15 bedrooms/20 beds, so a 6-7 vehicle allowance in the driveway is unreasonable.
