4-Zimmer-Poolhaus mit Spa und Seeblick, 4 Meilen bis Disney

Picture yourself in the bubbling spa, looking out over the lake, while the kids splash in your own screened pool. This single-level home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 in the Rolling Hills community in Kissimmee, about 4 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and 7 from Magic Kingdom. Two king bedrooms and two twin rooms give everyone a proper bed, and the home was fully renovated in fall 2022.

THE POOL
Your own screened pool and raised, bubbling spa look out over a lake with a fountain. The deck has four sun loungers, and the shaded lanai has a table for four. For families with little ones, there is a safety fence between the house and the pool.

ROOM FOR EIGHT
All four bedrooms are on the ground floor, and each has a TV:
- Bedroom 1: king bed, with its own private bathroom (garden tub and walk-in shower) and its own door to the lanai
- Bedroom 2: two twin beds
- Bedroom 3: two twin beds
- Bedroom 4: king bed, with its own private bathroom
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the third bathroom.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The family room has a big sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV, and opens onto the pool deck. The full kitchen has a breakfast bar, and the dining table seats six. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room. Wi-Fi is included.

GETTING IN
The whole home is yours: the house, the screened pool, spa and lanai, and the driveway. You let yourselves in with a private door code, which we send you before you arrive.

ROLLING HILLS
The home is in Rolling Hills, a community of single-family homes in Kissimmee.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool and spa heating is optional: $35 a night, with a 4-night minimum. If you would like it, message us before you arrive.
- The spa is a raised part of the pool, not a separate hot tub.
- The home does not come with a grill, but you can rent a gas grill for your stay: $80 a week for a two-burner grill ($15 for each extra day) or $115 a week for a four-burner grill ($20 for each extra day), plus tax. It is delivered with a full propane tank just before you arrive and collected after you leave; extra propane starts at $45.
- You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags and bathroom tissue. For a longer stay you will want to top these up.
- Smoking is allowed outside only, never inside the home.
