My husband and I were treated badly by the company that rented the property. WhatsApp messages went unanswered for days, phone calls were not answered, and information sent was unclear. The check-in process was unclear, and was in an office across town that handled 170 other properties. The apartment had absolutely NO toilet paper, almost no coffee, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The check-in staff was rude, unhelpful and explained that since they had to check in hundreds of others, they couldnât be expected to be responsive. They did not answer WhatsApp or phone calls. Even in person, The management was extremely rude and unresponsive.
