Shootout Suit is in the heart of Osage Beach at the 19MM of the main channel, near the Grand Glaize area and close to many of the Lake's most popular stops by land and water. Topsider is centrally located in Osage Beach, with easy access to shopping, dining, grocery stores, and lake attractions. For waterfront dining, drinks, live music, and lake nightlife, Dog Days Bar & Grill is especially convenient because it is also located at the 19-mile marker in Osage Beach and promotes dining, cocktails, entertainment, and poolside lake fun. Guests are also well-positioned for Margaritaville/LandShark Bar & Grill, which highlights lakeside dining, poolside entertainment, and live music events. For shopping and daytime exploring, Osage Beach offers easy access to local boutiques, lake shops, restaurants, and the well-known Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace area. Golfers can enjoy nearby Lake-area courses, and visitors can also explore beaches, boat rentals, lake cruises, caves, mini golf, arcades, go-karts, and classic Lake of the Ozarks attractions throughout Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, and nearby Bagnell Dam Strip.

• This property's grill is electric. Community grills are also available.
• Community fire pits are available; wood is not provided.
• This condo is located on the 4th floor in Topsider Condominiums.
• Fishing and meeting rental/chartered boats is allowed from the docks
• Trailer parking is not allowed.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Up to 2 pets allowed for a pet fee of $20 per night per pet.
• This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pet urination/waste area is currently unmarked - dirt area (not the grass by the pools).
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
