Unit 5: 1b/1ba

A refined, western-inspired retreat featuring an original 1932 stone fireplace, warm brass accents, and luxe furnishings. The king master suite opens onto a private walk-out balcony with serene lake views. The cozy living area includes a memory-foam Murphy bed and stylish leather seating. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with pantry and round marble dining table, creates a perfect setting for intimate meals or morning coffee.

This inviting loft features two private bedroom suites—each offering upscale comfort and its own full en-suite bathroom. The primary suite includes a king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

The main living area offers additional accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa, creating flexible space for families or paired travelers. A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private deck complete the experience, providing everything you need to relax, connect, and enjoy your stay.

Unit 3: 3b/3ba

This thoughtfully designed loft comfortably accommodates up to nine guests and may also be rented together with Ozark for a seamless six-bedroom experience—ideal for larger groups or multi-family stays.

The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, offering a restful and refined retreat. A second king bedroom, also with its own en-suite, provides equal comfort and privacy.

The third bedroom includes a twin loft bunk, an additional twin bed, and a twin pullout—perfect for children, teens, or flexible sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is conveniently located just across the hallway.

The main living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and flows into a fully equipped kitchen, making gathering, cooking, and unwinding effortless. A walk-out patio completes the space, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Unit 2: 3b/3ba

This thoughtfully appointed loft may be reserved individually or combined with Osage to create a seamless six-bedroom retreat—perfect for larger groups or multi-family stays.

The first bedroom features a queen bed with its own private en-suite bath. A second bedroom includes a king platform bed, conveniently located near an adjacent half bath. The master suite offers a king platform bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and serene views overlooking the water—an ideal space to unwind.

Thoughtful amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, high-speed Wi-Fi, a shuffleboard table for entertainment, and a private deck with water views. A washer and dryer are provided within the unit for added convenience.

Units 2 & 3 have a conjoining door.

Renting the entire complex allows access to the private pool and hot tub for your guests only.

Last 4 of booking persons phone number. When you arrive at the property, unit 7 is up the stairs on either side of the building with a private lock on both sides using the same booking individuals phone number.

You are located above the prestigious 1932 Reserve Restaurant. Please indulge in the delicacies they offer as a high end restaurant and bar, we however do not provide any discounts for guests.

Please do not contact the restaurant for things you may need such as towels, etc. They are a separate entity and will not be able to assist. Please contact Aubrey or text our help line for immediate assistance.
