« Staff are nice and accomodating. »

« The staff was very nice. The kids loved the little beach. The food delivery service was great. The patio area and tables and chairs were nice. We were able to park our car right by the front door no problem. 15 minute drive from the hotel to the we’re watching facility. »

« We booked a beach cottage. When we arrived she told us they were all already booked. So she gives us a normal room. Not what i wanted but ok. The room was ok but many ants in the bathroom and not very clean. »

« Water was an issue. Had no water to take a shower or flush the toilet »

« I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back. »

« the island and the rooms are great, but the food clearly not at the same level. food is expensive and very disapointing »
