« We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. « I booked this hotel after reading reviews for my parents & in-laws & aunties for 4 nights during 1st week of April 2026. I booked three rooms for 6 of them, all aged between 75-80 years. They are very happy with everything about hotel. Due to train delay, instead of 7 PM, they checked-in at 1:30 AM. Hotel team was available to assist them during that late. « Room was big and staff friendly at checkin and in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. However the room had a damp musty smell and I could not breathe and had to ask for a room change around midnight when it became unbearable. The staff accommodated me in another room. This new room was ok for the first night but that damp musty smell slowly kicked in the second night. Glad I checked out the next morning. I will not be going back there. »

« I arrived early in to Kolkatta from Hydrabad. Made multiple calls to see if they would allow complimentary early check in after 12.00 noon. No one called to say aye or nay !!! Very poor management on duty . Thus was second time visiting this hotel and I’ll not return to waste my money. Next time I’ll select either Fairfield Marriot or JW Marriot . »
