« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« very family friendly hotel located right on the strip. it is an older hotel however it's not terrible by any means and is going into renovations. the lobby is so cozy and welcoming, rooms are nothing to complain about except maybe poor bathroom layout. one and I my complaint from us ok maybe 2. hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke and room doors need insulation badly for hall noise. definitely will be back though as it didn't ruin the stay at all for the price for sure. »

« This was our first stay at Margaritaville but definitely not our last. The minute I walked into the lobby to check in I knew our stay was going to be glorious. We make a trip to Gatlinburg at least once a year(sometimes 2 or 3). When you walk through the front door you can't help but leave your cares behind and get caught up in the tropical vibe. Every staff member from the front desk, to the bartender, to the maintenance staff was absolutely awesome! Just walking down the hall to our room...
