•Unassigned parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers and RV's are no allowed to park in front of the building. An oversized vehicle lot is located at the west end of 9th Avenue.
•Like properties in the area, this home does not have AC. Temperatures inside the home are cooled by using fans and opening cross-breeze windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

•Although the home does not have air conditioning, it does have a whole house fan.


About the Area:
Nestled at the San Juan Gateway, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities and everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Take a scenic 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort with top five in the nation ski runs, according to Conde Nast. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
