Nice to have a washer and dryer for longer stays. It's very private and the parking very convenient. Overall a great spot when visiting Bentonville. »

« Fees were added after commitment to stay was made. I not sure If that was Vrbo or host. However, Advertising for place was not accurate as included pics of basketball court but after commitment, in the welcome message they said it was not included. Stay was ok but poor lighting and heating/ac was horrible. Did not sleep well due to over heating. Would not stay here again. »

« we rented the entire house, so 2bath, 3 bedrooms. Positives: plenty of kitchen items between both units. Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front...
