„Nice ambiance inside and out. Great AC and ceiling fan (we want one just like it now). It was a nice retreat after 6 days of college tours. Cabin is in the middle of lots of hiking and river fun. Nothing bad about the cabin, just be aware there’s only a couple places to eat within miles and their hours / days vary. Oark Country Store and Byrd’s are nearby and both are excellent. “

„Great place to stay. As soon as we opened the door we were impressed. As noted in description it is near hiking trails with lots of waterfalls. Only semi-drawback is the cell phone signal is nonexistent in house. But as noted there is a little up close to road. We spent one day exploring forest roads in our 4wd Toyota FJ and next day hiking. Host is extremely helpful with suggesting hikes to waterfalls. We will be back. “
