„The property was perfect for our family get away. The kids had an amazing time exploring the property and all it has to offer . The hot tub was perfect each night after a long day hiking and fishing. Natalee was super helpful with all our questions and even helped us find a lake to fish in. We will definitely be coming back “

„The property is conveniently located to downtown Pagosa. Large lot with a lot of space to spread out (bring your binoculars), walk, relax outside or soak in the clean hot tub.The exterior of the house could use some spider web removal etc. and the weeds need to be trimmed back so driveway is easier to navigate. We spent most of our time outside which is why we rented the property on 3 acres. Sleeping pillows are nice and fluffy. Internet was functional (no problems) but cellular reception ...

Beds were comfortable and the whirlpool bath was a plus. Lots of games and puzzles for extra entertainment. View of the lake from the front porch and hot tub on the back porch. Dryer squeaked a lot but that was about the only negative. Location was a plus as groceries, shopping and gas were less than 10 minutes away. ...

„A great house! On the river and close to town Made to relax!“

„We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. The cabin was spacious and the kitchen was great for us to cook breakfast. We went out for lunch and dinner. We were up in the mountains but very close to town. The view was amazing. The hot tub was amazing! We had our dogs with us and the closed in porch was great for them to walk around. Did I mention the hot tub?!? Amazing!! We would love to come back and stay again! “

„Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house. “
