« My family and I had a great visit In Pagossa Springs! Easy check in and host was easy to communicate with. It was so nice being right by the lake. We could put our paddle boards in right off the back porch. Only complaint was no AC but we purchased box fans and put in the windows and it was great for sleeping. Over all this was a great location, clean, well stocked house. »

« Great house close to Lake Pagosa! We walked to the water daily and it was only a short drive to hike in the San Juan National Forest. This host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! There were welcoming touches and thoughtful inclusions everywhere. The host was very helpful and responsive with quick communication. Perfect Pagosa weekend! »

« My family and I have stayed at this property in October, which was wonderful. We all loved the amenities and location. Our most recent stay was in July. The first day there the temps were in the 90's and there's NO a/c. Unfortunately, the west wall has numerous windows all the way to the vaulted ceiling. We sweltered. Add the fact that the rate was double what it was in the fall, the stay wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped. I highly recommend this property; however, book it for cooler...

« If the back yard would have been clean and the back screen and door fit it would have been nice to have that back yard. The extra blanket was filthy If the bathroom and laundry room was finished off looks to be still under construction. Both were scary. What about that drive way? VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head...
