It is a 4-apart. building with shared access. We stayed at one of two on the top floor. Pros: 1. The view is truly beautiful, the first line of the seafront. You can sit there and watch sunsets every day. 2. The communication with the owner was fast and smooth. He was very attentive to all our requests, and they were fulfilled the same day. Cons: 1. Unfortunately, it was not very clean. Sadly, the cleaning service doesn't pay much attention to hard-to-reach spots. 1.1. When we arrived, the floors were covered with hair. Maybe bc it was windy the day before, and no one ever cleaned floors under the bed and in the corners, so wind spread it everywhere. Doesn’t explain bathroom thoug.After contacting the owned, the apartment was cleaned again, and floors got better. Some hairs still haven’t been cleaned the it’s not easy to reach-under the bed & in the bathroom. 1.2. Frying pans and plates had food stains. Overall the kitchen utensils look tired and old. Pans were wrapped, making in difficult to heat them evenly. 1.3. the bathroom walls were also dirty. 2. Sound insulation is very poor for both, the front door and apartments. Voices and noises of neighbours can be clearly heard. And the banks on the embankment right in front of the house attract drunk noisy people at night. The front door looks like a regular balcony door and doesn’t close completely, so we had to use earplugs to sleep. I send my best wishes to the owner and hope he will find this feedback useful 🙏
