Liegt eine Ecke vom Bahnhof weg, aber keine schöne Gegend. Das Albergo liegt in einem Mietshaus im 5. Stock mit schönem Treppenhaus und nostalgischem Aufzug. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Super Preisleistung, Lage extrem nah am Bahnhof, toller Ausblick aus Zimmer und ruhig, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar das Parken war gut.

Zentral gelegene, günstige, gute Unterkunft
Reibungsloser Aufenthalt, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Zimmer schoen hell, sehr sauber, ruhig mit tollem Blick über die Dächer von Palermo aufs Meer. Kein Luxus aber Preis-Leistung 1a. Alles prima unkompliziert.

Nice central Hotel on top floor
Nice Hotel nearby the central station on the top floor with an elevator. 24/7 reception and parking for free in the street possible. We had a nice little balcony and a lovely room with high ceilings and nice furniture.

Ideale Unterkunft für Reisende mit Zug oder Bus
Ein wirklich reichhaltiges Frühstück (nicht unbedingt süß!) verschönert den Tag - und dann wird es noch aufs Zimmer gebracht! Zu der Zeit, die man ausgemacht hat - zuverlässig! Alle Topsehenswürdigkeiten in Palermo sind fußläufig erreichbar - eine fantastische Lage! Natürlich muß man verstärkten Straßenlärm aushalten, aber die Vorteile überwiegen. Außerdem befinden sich die Räumlichkeiten im fünften Stock. Aufzug (wenn auch alt und romantisch) ist vorhanden. Denken gerne an Palermo zurück - ist wirklich eine Reise wert!

Super Team, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider keine Parkplätze und einige Seitenstraßen möchte man ungerne allein durchstreifen. Das Hotel als solches, gemessen am Preis ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhige Zimmer über den Dächern von Palermo mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Besitzern.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis
Perfektes Hotel für die Durchreise, wir haetten aber auch mehreee Nächte hier ausgehalten, wenn man sich mehr Zeit fuer Palermo nehmen will. Sauberkeit, Komfort und Lage ist nicht zu beanstanden. Rezeption ist freundlich und wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht.

Gute, preiswerte,saubere Unterkunft in großer Nähe zum Bahnhof Palermo und der Busabfahrt zum Airport Punta Raisi (Palermo). Die Rezeption ist ständig besetzt.

Saubere, ruhige Unterkunft direkt am Bahnhof
Albergo liegt im 4. Stock eines Mietshauses, darum als Hotel schlecht zu erkennen, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich, das Frühstück wird im Zimmer serviert. Der Bahnhof ist in Laufweite, ca. 5 Min.

Not recommended
First the good things: clean room and breakfast in room (due to COVID). Now what should be corrected/amended by the hotel to improve the customer experience. They don't send any pre-stay emails informing guests at all about their rules/conditions (how can we know if they don't inform us beforehand??). In all websites they say they offer parking (paying parking, not free), but that's not correct. We arrived at night (23:00) due to a problem we had with the car and Palermo is not an easy city to drive in or find parking spots. We called them to ask about our parking and the woman on the phone didn't help much, she said they didn't have parking and that she doesn't know where we can park. I asked about ZTL (zona tráfico limitata) as you can get fined if you drive the car into the hotel streets without a permission and other hotels in Palermo have always helped us with the ZTL permission. They didn't help with this either. Luckily we found a parking spot 5 minutes away from the hotel and we walked there. When we arrived no smiles, no nice faces. I asked and they said that their paying parking lot closes at 20:00 and it was 23:00 (they never informed us before) that their ZTL permission is expired and only lasts 6 months, which is weird because again all B&Bs we stayed in Palermo have always helped with that. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay. There are many places to stay at this price in Palermo and you will get welcomed with a smile and good assistance.

Buongiorno, signor Daniel lei mi ha telefonato 3 volte la prima volta per dirmi che sareste arrivati circa le 21,00 e poi in secondo tempo alle 23,00, alle 22,50 terza chiamata è solo in quel momento mi è stato comunicato che eravate in macchina, ho specificato di essere in z.t.l e di posteggiare al di fuori del perimetro per non essere multati. Nel nostro sito e ben chiaro che il parcheggio è privato è che ha un costo di 10,00 euro e che deve essere prenotato in anticipo. Le regole e le condizioni sono chiare e ben scritte sul sito di prenotazione, per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta basta chiamare o scrivere e sono sempre lieta di rispondere con cortesia, mi aspetto che il cliente mi comunichi in anticipo e non 5 minuti prima del suo arrivo che sta arrivando in macchina, per niente bei volti e niente bei sorrisi opteremo prossimamente per un lifting per essere esteticamente accettabili, il prezzo da lei pagato è stato di 45,90 più 1,00 di tassa di soggiorno camera doppia con bagno privato e prima colazione con questo prezzo non capisco perchè abbia scelto la nostra struttura, mi permetto di rispondere che neanche io la consiglio come cliente

Hotel sorpresa. PULITISSIMO. La proprietaria GENTILISSIMA. Per una tale pulizia e precisione a Londra, Parigi o New York si pagano 700 euro a notte! La posizione e' fantasica ad un minuto dalla stazione centrale.

Not a bad room. Location was close to the train station which was good, but the hotel is on the 5th floor. Elevator took us to the lobby but we still had to navigate a very narrow stairway with our luggage. We managed. It was just for one night.

中央駅からすぐ近く、移動に便利。朝食は品数は少ないが毎日選べて、クロワッサンがおいしかった。部屋はとても清潔。シャワーのみだが熱いお湯が絶えず出る。家族経営のようで、皆とても親切。主に対応してくれた女性は英語とスペイン語も対応可能。ベットは寝心地が良かった。とても古い建物の5階だが、雰囲気のあるエレベーターがあるので、困ることはない。ただ入り口が分かりにくく、通りにある看板をたどっても、建物の入り口の案内を見逃しやすい。夜間はとても静か。

Welcoming B&B close to train station
A pleasant and welcoming B&B that's as close to the train station as you can get. Our room was generously sized and was very clean. Breakfast was delivered after submitting an order the night before, which was an interesting twist after the recent continental breakfasts we had been having till then. The host is lovely and kind. The area around the station is a bit scuzzy so do make sure you're aware of the directions and surroundings. The stairs to our room were *very* narrow so definitely make sure you're not bringing heavy or bulky luggage. The shower cubicle is small, but this is Europe!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits dans une chambre avec balcon, donnant sur la ville, dans un quartier très calme et très proche des sites à ne pas manquer de voir à Palerme. Le petit plus, petit déjeuner servit dans la chambre. L'accueil est vraiment très très chaleureux, personnel très dévoué, qui rend le séjour vraiment très agréable. Je conseille vivement ce lieu d'hébergement très abordable, d'une propreté remarquable.

Especial Albergo em Palermo
Muito bom B&B, super bem localizado, tanto para quem chega de ônibus/trem ou avião, já que o ônibus que faz o percurso Palermo/ Aeroporto tem seu ponto na estação central. Ainda que no quinto andar de um prédio antigo, conta com elevador. O banheiro compartilhado, mas sempre limpo e ordenado. Atendimento muito atencioso, café da manhã bom. Super boa relação custo/ benefício.

Great Location and Friendly Service
We had a great stay in this family-run hotel. The service is excellent and you get very helpful tips. Usually areas close to stations are neither the cleanest nor the safest, but it is different here. Ideally located at the central station, at the entrance to the historic centre and also close to the old harbour. Breakfast is brought to the room, coffee and various types of croissants were of good quality, as you would expect in Italy. I can only recommend this friendly place.
