« The hotel was ok. Rooms and lobby very dark. Food was tasty and hygienic but staff too less. They were overwhelmed by the guest and felt like not used to or interested to serve multiple options of food. V limited menu If nothing available can go, mainly of parents who have come for VIT induction of their kids »

« I was disappointed with my stay. The room was quite small, and there were no insect repellents or mosquito-control options provided. The bathroom door lock did not work, and a bath towel was not provided. The hotel’s location is inconvenient, with poor road connectivity and badly maintained roads nearby. Additionally, there are no restaurants or dining options close to the property. Overall, I did not feel the experience was worth the money, as even basic necessities had to be asked for. I would...

« We came from Canada to Tirupathi we were stay 2 nights hotel staff were great rooms were very clean overall I will recommend for this place. NOTE we don’t had any breakfast or any food items from the hotel we don’t know that quality. »

« Bien placé et pas très loins d'aéroport. Accès à pieds aux alentours est difficile. Il y a de très bons restaurant de la cuisine du sud de l'Inde dans les environs. »

« I stayed in lemon tree for 2 nights. It’s new property. It was great experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby looks luxurious. The restaurant buffet was well arranged and food was delicious, specially pasta and Thai curry. The location is slightly off the main area. I had to be dependent on hotel restaurants for food. Nearest good restaurant is 500 meters away, one can easily take cab/auto to reach. Overall, it was great experience. »

« They denied service stating that we need to pay more at the check in as the online price amount is not sufficient… we booked Uber and arrived at the so called stay at 930 pm. Hotel staff is rude and they contacted the property owner too and he clearly stated not to provide service. The worst part is they did not give me back my money, Expedia support team is working with them now. That is a scam… I don’t think they would go anywhere with this(short sightedness) »
