A fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, complete with a Cuisinart filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, blender, toaster, and full service for eight. The adjacent dining area seats six beneath a coastal rattan chandelier, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter.



Step outside to your private patio with lake views, featuring a 4-seat dining set under an umbrella and a propane grill—perfect for outdoor meals and entertaining.

Hit the Green (Optionally): While access to the main PGA National golf course and spa is not included for rentals, we provide information on booking private lessons and exploring other nearby sports options. Things to Note:



- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. All guests' names will need to be provided before check-in so they can be registered for access, and after-hour gate access granted.

- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement to gain access to the PGA National. This is an HOA requirement.

- Gated community with a 24-hour security guard at the entrance.

- An approved pet is welcome! Max. 1 dog under 20lbs (no cats) is allowed with pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee paid.

Please note that the HOA does not permit trucks or pickup trucks to park in the general parking areas. Vehicles in violation are subject to fines imposed by the HOA.
