A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Complimentary parking is available on-site, and Uber and Lyft operate throughout the region.

### Additional Information

• Commercial photography, professional filming, and video productions are not permitted without prior written authorization.

• *A refundable $500 security deposit is required before check-in.* Credit cards are not accepted for the security deposit.

• *Pool heating is available for an additional fee* and functions only when outside temperatures remain above 65°F (18°C).

• *Reservations during the July 4th holiday require an additional refundable $500 security deposit.* Fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A *$1000 smoking fee* will be charged, along with any costs associated with damaged furnishings or lost income resulting from smoke odors affecting future reservations.

• Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.

A **refundable security deposit of $500** is required prior to your arrival.

**For reservations during the July 4th holiday, an additional refundable $500 security deposit is required in addition to the standard security deposit. Please also note that parties and fireworks are strictly prohibited at the property during this period.**

Failure to follow the house rules may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your security deposit.

### House Rules

1. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. No outside visitors are allowed.

2. Parking is limited to a maximum of **6 vehicles**. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the street, swale, or grass is not permitted.

3. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum throughout your stay. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM**.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A **$1,000 smoking fee**, plus the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged furniture or property, will be charged if this policy is violated.

5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

6. Please do not adjust the pool equipment settings. If you need assistance, contact us and we`ll be happy to help. Unauthorized changes to the pool equipment will result in a **$500 charge**.

### Pet Policy

Guests traveling with pets are responsible for cleaning up after them at all times. A **$150 pet cleaning fee** will be charged if pet waste is left in the yard, patio, or anywhere inside the home. The property must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
