This condo is perfectly located in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown Palm Springs. We visited when the temps were 20 degrees higher than normal (so 100 degrees) - the pool and misters were perfect for staying cool and still hanging outdoors. We so enjoyed our stay!

Check in was easy and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was roomy. Good location (close enough to downtown but a bit separated and quiet). Heated pool was lovely as was the hot tub. Overall, would stay here again for sure.

The property we rented was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, wthout the posh. Great location; easy to get downtown, but bordering on a quiet residential neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool is a little cool - but refreshing when it’s 90 degrees! The location is perfect - Ubers were always just a few minutes away. We loved the layout and loved being on the bottom floor.

This was a last minute booking and was a good value for the money. It was clean, had tons of storage, nicely located, and all involved were responsive. That said the condos are a bit dated and dark. They clearly need to be updated.

Initially the room that we received was on the ground floor with view of parking lot. I booked the condo with pool views. The front desk did change rooms for us but definitely not how advertised. I also found the condo very poorly stocked. Location was very good for the price. We could walk to downtown but it would be about 25 minutes however anything closer seemed to be a lot more money. Pool area was nice and relaxing during the afternoon and hot sun. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance for a bite to eat.

This property isn't up to Vrbo standards compared to other stays we've had in Palm Springs. The unit was clean and mostly comfortable, but the "patio" was very tiny with cheap plastic chairs that barely fit on the slab, and not what's shown online. The bath off the master bedroom is so small you can barely turn around, and the shower was tiny with low pressure. Very dated, around 1970's timeshare units. On the positive side, staff was great and location is very good. Nice pool area and DVD library was huge (yes, DVD) Good covered parking

Renovate unit and replace linens and towels with new - everything was very tired - pool furniture as well. Staff was very friendly- unfortunately the key drop box is also not accessible after hours although I was instructed to drop unit key cards in drop box as we were checking out early

Unfortunately the room had an odd smell and the furnishings were very tired. New linens and towels are in order. The lounge chairs at the pool should be upgraded. Many were missing slats. The pool was also super warm ... not particularly refreshing. The suite however was clean upon arrival. The staff was friendly and check in was easy.

The photos on the website did not reflect the unit we stayed in. Living room furniture is old, mismatched, and "tired" looking. A few dollars here would make a huge difference. No screens on any of the windows. Master bathroom cabinets have major water stains.Nevertheless, this was a basic unit for a basic price. It was clean and well-stocked.

Our room was SUCH a disappointment! I literally woke up crying. For as much money as I paid, it was NOT AT ALL what we expected... no balcony. No pool view. Minimal windows. Our view... the 105 degree parking lot. I tried for TWO days to get a hold of someone before having our issue dealt with. The front office was dismissive, clearly because I did not book through the, directly. Thank fully, I was reimbursed and was able to then get a lovely home elsewhere - but I would strongly caution you to only book if you see pics of the ACTUAL room you are booking. Lesson learned.

The temperature of shower in the primary bathroom couldn’t be regulated; it was either hot or cold, no in between. The pressure was also very low, making it difficult to wash the soap off. The linens (sheets, towels) were old and worn. Good location of the property, however. Except for those issues, we did enjoy our stay.

Great location and price. The bed in Primary was so hard and the slider looked out into the housekeeping area where they were doing the wash and clanking carts till almost midnight one night so was unable to sleep. We saw what looked to be a cockroach as well.

Great location for a girl’s getaway. Condo was clean and spacious with a great pool and hot tub. It was the quiet and peaceful stay we wanted. After hours check in was easy and well organized.
