The yard is furnished like a resort with al fresco dining under shade umbrellas,  an elevated fire pit lounge for the perfect sunset happy hour, and an inviting pool and spa surrounded by sunny lounge chairs. Your hosts have thought of everything, including deluxe pool floats, thirsty pool towels, even yoga mats and lawn games like corn hole.

Three beautifully furnished bedrooms (K,Q,Q) provide ultimate comfort and relaxation. You'll find ample closet space, and a private bathroom for each bedroom. The exquisite primary suite features a glass waterfall desk, lounging area for two, and a sumptous spa bathroom with soaking tub and dual showerheads.



*Gourmet Kitchen:

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure—just bring your ingredients!



*Family and Pet-Friendly:

We welcome well-behaved children and dogs (pre-approval required, max of 2). We offer a Graco Pack n Play, a sturdy high-chair, and pet essentials. A $150 non-refundable fee per dog applies (Official Service Dogs exempt).

*Important Details:

- Primary Renter Age: 25+

- Identification: Government-issued ID required for the primary guest and all adults

- Utility Deposit: $1,500/month, refundable after actual gas/electric usage deducted

- Regulations: Guest must agree to comply with Palm Springs Vacation Rental regulations, including no outside music.

Getting Around:

While this home is very walkable to town, we recommend that guests have a car to be able to access the great many attractions that are only a short drive away. A private attached 2 car garage is available for your use.
