Très belle expérience
La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et très confortable. Malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, elle est située dans un endroit tranquille avec vue sur la baie de Palma. Petra, la propriétaire, accorde beaucoup de soins aux détails et traite ses clients comme des rois. Toute notre famille a été enchantée de son séjour !

Gut für Gruppen bis 10 P
War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.....wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Betten und Matratzen waren von guter Qualität. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für eine Woche Selbstversorgung benötigt. Wer sich hier über "Flugzeuggeräusche" einfliegender Maschinen beschwert, sollte sich dessen eigentlich bewusst sein bei der geografischen Nähe zum Flughafen (15 Minuten mit Auto entfernt). Zudem sind abends die Geräusche von Grillen und Fröschen am Teich lautstarker als die weit entfernten Fluggeräusche. Uns selbst hat das nicht gestört. Bei der "Sonnenbäckerei" bei Arenal lassen sich gut Brötchen per whatsapp bei der deutschen Inhaberin vorbestellen, und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch alle in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Hut gefallen hat uns die abgelegene Lage am Ortsrand von Son Gual, ohne dichte Nachbarbebauung, mit dem weiten Ausblick auf Palma. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall Voraussetzung zum Pendeln und Einkaufen. Wir waren eine Truppe von 10 Personen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Tarumhafte Finca
Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier total genossen. VorBeginn der Reise haben wir immer gesagt..." wenn es nur halb so schön ist, wie auf den Bildern, wird es toll"... Es war tatsächlich besser, als auf den Bildern! Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Luxushaus! Der Empfang der Eigentümerin und der Angestellten war schon herzlich. Der Kühlschrank mit Getränken bestückt, einen traditionellen Kuchen und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk....das ist durchaus nicht üblich. Das Haus hat alles was man bei durchwachsenem Wetter benötigt. Wohnräume, Schlafräume, Badezimmer, Fitnessraum, Küche.....alles perfekt und mit jedem benötigtem Detail bestückt. Die Außenanlagen in einem super gepflegten Zustand. Einen Seitenhieb auf Kommentare zum "Fluglärm" kann ich mir an dieser Stelle nicht verkneifen:-) Als wir die Kritik im Vorfeld gelesen haben, haben wir schon geschmunzelt...Was erwarten die Leute, wenn die Finca 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt ist? Uns hat es nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, die Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse vom Berg aus auf die Lichter von Palma waren traumhaft. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder. Bleibt alle gesund und bis bald!

We had a lovely stay, the pictures don’t do it justice. The views out the back of the airport were beautiful and were an addition to our stay rather than a distraction. Once the area gets fully developed and local amenities grow, it will be the perfect holiday location!

The Villa is located in a nice residential area, in an area outside of mass tourism, but only 10 minutes by car from the first restaurants, villages with supermarkets, just 20 minutes from the center of Palma and the first beaches . One of the attractions of the Villa is the place where it is located, without overcrowding, since it is not a town or city, the area cannot develop or grow the local offer. Es war alles exakt so wie in dem Inserat beschrieben, nur noch besser. Die Bilder geben leider nicht die komplette Schöhnheit dieser Finca wieder. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Achja die Lage in Son Gual fanden wir perfekt. Perfection!
Our first Villa holiday and certainly not our last. The Villa is an absolute 10/10. Beautiful, spacious, unrivalled views, quiet and secluded. Only 15mins from the beach, airport and Palma. Place was spotless. Outdoor area has enough space for 20 people! We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is tucked away in the hills so you won’t have any external noise or traffic. The only slight negative on this is that we couldn’t get any taxis in this area or food delivered after our hire car had a flat tyre on the first day. But that was just an unlucky experience! Beautiful and we will definitely be coming back here again!

Tolle Unterkunft für größere Gruppen
Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Humi und Petra verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus hält, was es verspricht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation vorab und vor Ort lief super. Das Haus war sauber, super gepflegt und ist geschmackvoll sowie hochwertig eingerichtet. Einzig der fehlende Insektenschutz an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer hat uns einige Schnaken beschert. Auch der Außenbereich ist toll angelegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt sehr ablegen, was uns gefallen hat. Allerdings gibt es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant in der näheren Umgebung, ansonsten ist alles ca. 20-30 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg, der Blick Richtung Palma ist toll! Man sieht und hört die ankommenden und abfliegenden Flugzeuge, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt und wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter. Gerade für größere Gruppen ist es perfekt, da es 5 Schlafzimmer (1 im UG, 1 im EG, 3 im OG) jeweils mit angrenzendem Bad gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Family holiday in May 2023
The photos on website looked absolutely wonderful but when we arrived at the beautiful villa, it exceeded all of our expectations. Petra had provided us with food and drink for dinner and breakfast, as we had arrived at villa quite late, which was extremely kind of her. Any contact we made with Humi during our stay was answered immediately. We had 3 generations of our family staying at the villa and everyone has a truly fantastic time

Fantastisch huis met werkelijk alles voor een fijn verblijf
Prachtig zwembad, speelveldje, midget golf en in basement fitness, pool en tafeltennis. Heel veel ruimte voor iedereen om zich te vermaken. Even wennen aan vele vliegtuigen maar overall voortreffelijk.

Super Finca!
Das Haus war wirklich so super, wie beschrieben - es fehlte an nichts. Der Empfang durch Petra war sehr nett, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Wenn es einen Wermutstropfen gab, dann die Tatsache, dass das Haus nahe der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt. Bei der Landung der Flugzeuge stört das nicht, nur, wenn der Wind dreht und die Flugzeuge in Richtung des Hauses starten, nervt es ein wenig. Trotzdem war es eine tolle Woche für unsere Familie. Dank an Petra und ihrem Team!

The villa, it's grounds, views and facilities are superb! To echo other guests comments, the pictures really don't do it justice. It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen department, towels, loo rolls, cleaning materials. We enjoyed many a evening cooking large dinner's, bbq's etc whilst watching the sun go down over Palma/mountains/sea. We had 1 small 2 year old who was entertained with the football pitch, swings and pond life. Extremely good value for money, would recommend more so for family with kids or groups that are not bothered about being in a remote location as everything is a drive away.

Amazing property with fabulous views
We were a family of 3 generations, ranging in age from 68 to 7 years old. A group of 9 people in total who loved every moment of our stay. We have visited Majorca several times in the past but not ever staying in the Palma area of the Island, so to be so close to the city was a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Villa has amazing views with a lovely sunset to be admired every night. Just 15 mins away from Palma gives you the best of both worlds, the close proximity to enjoy the culture of the island and the quiet area of the Villa to be able to hide away and watch the world go by from the hill top. Petra and team were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and catered to our every need, the Villa stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom essentials was a lovely touch so you have more time to enjoy your holiday. We would highly recommend this Villa.

Wonderful villa
We had a great family holiday at this beautiful villa. It was so well equipped and everyone from age 6 to 66 found something to keep us occupied. No one had to fight for the best bedroom as they were all lovely and everything was in tip top condition. The garden and pool were Immaculate and the view to was amazing, it was great watching the planes taking off and landing and at no time were they ever a problem. Humi was delightful and so welcoming it was a pleasure to stay in her beautiful house.

Sehr schöne Tage
Hatten wir hier in Son Gual. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und jedes Detail vom Haus wurde gezeigt und erklärt. Auch ein Geschenk und ein paar Getränke waren bereits kalt gestellt was uns sehr gefreut hat. :-) Eine wirkliche sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, sehr gute Ausstattung und der Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört, aber das Haus ist unmittelbar in der Einflugschneise von Palma. Sonst ist die Gegend recht ruhig, der Weg zu Restaurants oder größeren Supermärkten ist etwas weit. (15-20 Min) Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen, sehr netter Kontakt und sehr schönes Haus.

A well designed/planned house, everything in the right place, lots of room, airy - little need to run AC except to cool bedrooms before bed. A partly stocked larder was helpful, plenty of kitchen consumables - bin bags, cling film, foil etc. Fantastic views and facilities, very quiet. Because its so quiet, one could sometimes hear plane noise, but actually a minor nuisance in comparison. Overall impression is the property provides excellent accommodation.

Haus entspricht exact der Beschriebung und ist überkomplett ausgestattet. Super gepflegt im Haus im Garten und um den Pool, alles prima. Viele Sitzplätze für jede Wetterlage und traumhafter Blick mit super Sonnenuntergang. Petra ist super nett und zuvorkommen, reagiert sofort auf Nachfragen.

Perfekte Finca mit allem, was man braucht.
Das Domizil war genau wie erwartet. Einfach perfekt. Sehr freundlicher Check in vor Ort mit Überraschung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch nutzbar an kühleren Tage durch die zuschaltbare Heizung. Immer wieder gerne.

Wonderful villa with beautiful view close to Palma
We stayed one week in November in this villa and everything was perfect. We were four adults and five children/teenagers from 10-16 years. The villa is very well equipped, for example lots of kitchen utensils and also goods like oil, sugar, Tea, coffee etc. We got a very nice welcome from the house owner and she also brought drinks, candy for the kids and a cake. The house has a beautiful view and is very big so everyone can find his or her own place if you are many. As the weather was cold some days we used the gym/ game room a lot with pool, table tennis which especially the kids loved. We can only recommend this villa!

Perfekt! Es fehlt an nichts!
Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und wir erhielten sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk. Das Haus ist total schön, auch von der Einrichtung und war überall schön sauber. Das Inventar ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht - es ist wirklich alles und auch in ausreichender Menge da! Für klein und groß (Spielzeug, Spiele, Strandzeug, Massagestuhl…) Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung

Tolle Villa mit vielen Anehmlichkeiten
Da Objekt war wie in dem inserat versprochen. Sehr viel Platz, ein Toller großer und tiefer Pool sowie Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Billiard und Tischtennis. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Checkin war klasse, Die Eigentümerin Petra und ihre Tochter empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Super Klasse fanden wir ,das sie bereits einige Vorräte (Getränke wie Bier) für den Abend besorgt hatte. Ein toller extra Service. Auch ein gastgeschenk (Mallorquinischer Likör sowie Gebäck) standen für uns bereit. Die Flugzeuge die man sieht und etwas hört waren zu keinem Zeitpunkt störend. Musik lässt sich über die vorhandene Soundbox vom Smartpjhone streamen, das Wlan war sehr gut. In etwa 15 min ist man mit dem Auto am Playa de Palma. Auch für übrige Ausflüge eignet sich die Villa. Zu empfehlen ist eine Tour an den Strand von Can Picafort. Danke auch an Humi für den sehr angenehmen und unkomplizierten Buchungsprozess. Wir würden die Villa aufjedenfall wieder buchen. Traumhaftes Haus und traumhafte Lage
Wir haben die Zeit auf der Finca sehr genossen, ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten für klein und groß!! Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Finca war auch jeden Abend ein Traum uns die Besitzer sehr gastfreundlich! Kann das Haus nur empfehlen!!!!! Vielen Dank für Alles ☀️

Great modern Finca

Perfect villa
This is a beautiful villa for a peaceful break. A tad remote but short 10-15 min drive takes you to restaurants, supermarkets, shops. Would definitely recommend.

Beeindruckend und sehr gastfreundlich
Wunderschöne Finca. Die Realität übertraf die bereits sehr gute Beschreibung und Darstellung. Luxuriöse, exklusive Ausstattung. Es war alles vorhanden, um einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Aufgrund einer sehr späten Anreise wurde sogar das Frühstück für den Folgetag kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Muchas gracias! Es gab ohne Nachfrage Unterlagen für Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche etc. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und sichtbar bemüht, jeden nur erdenklichen Wunsch im Zusammenhang mit dem Aufenthalt zu erfüllen. Die Finca liegt ca. 15 Minuten (Kfz) von Palma entfernt. Daher sind Flüge hörbar, was uns aber nie gestört hat. Die Flüge gehen auch nicht direkt über das Anwesen. Wer z.B. in Hamburg wohnt, muss sicherlich mehr ertragen. Fürs einkaufen benötigt man ein Fahrzeug, aber das wussten wir bereits vor Anreise. Insgesamt ist die Finca eine mehr als empfehlenswerte Art, seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir jedenfalls würden immer wieder buchen. Petra y Humi: Gracias para todo. Sois excelente anfitrión!

Incredible family holiday
We had high expectations of the villa based on the photos and reviews. When we arrived they were totally surpassed. The villa facilities and the view were amazing and the villa owners were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the villa location and its remoteness. No traffic noise and we could watch flights arriving and taking off in the distance. A car is essential and we were only a 20 min drive from everything we needed. Overall we will return. Eight of us stayed at the villa with ages ranging from 11 to 83. Everyone said they’d like to go back. Would highly recommend.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Diese Finca ist einfach nur perfekt! Angefangen bei der herzlichen Begrüssung über die Ausstattung bis hin zur Verabschiedung. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche, hätten es aber gut und gerne noch weitere Tage genossen. Es war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Ach ja, man hört die Flieger starten und landen, aber das sollte einem bewusst sein, wenn man diese Finca bucht. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil, unsere Kids hatten riesig Freude, die Flieger zu beobachten :) Danke an Humi, Petra und ihre Tochter! Nicole mit Familie

Einfach perfekt!!!!
Es gibt nur eins zu sagen - rund herum perfekt! Schon allein die Kommunikation vorab, ein reibungsloser und höchst zuvorkommender Kontakt. Der herzliche Empfang an der Finca durch Petra und ihre Tochter, war ein Gefühl als würde man nachhause kommen. Wir wurden gebeten uns erst einmal in Ruhe hinzusetzen auszuruhen, es wurde etwas zu trinken angeboten und dann nach und nach diese wunderschöne Finca gezeigt und ausführlich erklärt. Diese Villa ist ein absoluter Traum und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich für seinen Urlaub nur wünschen kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und können es schon heute kaum erwarten. Wir machen schon einige Jahre Finca-Urlaub, aber dieses Mal war es einfach nur perfekt. Wir waren zu zehnt und jeder Einzelne kam aus dem Staunen und dem Genießen nicht mehr heraus. Alle Zimmer durch und durch liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. In Bezug auf den Flugverkehr kann man sagen, ja, man hört die Flieger. Aber dies wussten wir bereits vorher, denn jeder der sich mit der Lage der Finca beschäftigt, weiß Bescheid dass man die ankommenden und ausgehenden Flieger - auch abhängig von der Windrichtung - hören und natürlich auch sehen kann. Doch dies tut diesem wunderschönen Komplex keinen Abbruch und zählt für mich in keinster Weise zur Bewertung. Für jeden von Euch der überlegt, bucht diese Finca! Ihr werdet nicht bereuen. Danke an Humi, Petra und ihre Tochter! DANKE!!! Es war einfach fabelhaft!!!

Beautiful home from home
We are three generations of family who have just arrived home from this beautiful villa. Petra the owner could not have been more helpful, when the kettle broke she has replaced it within an hour.....amazing! She had brought us some food and drink for when we arrived which was so kind. The house is extremely clean, the bathrooms are all spacious and well appointed and the beds comfortable. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery for eating and cooking and a cool and comfortable lounge and dining room. The pool was perfect, cool and inviting with a perfect view of the planes taking off and landing. You will need a car here as you cannot get supplies unless you drive 10 minutes to the supermarket but for us this was a positive as it meant the villa was quiet and secluded. We hope to return again sometime. Thank you Petra and Barbara!
